Welcome to our newly renovated villa, where no expense has been spared to provide you with the very best beach experience. The villa boasts a range of upgrades, including new granite countertops, crown moldings, baseboards, and fresh paint on walls and ceilings. The kitchen has been transformed with new stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and new catch-all pantry closet. The addition of ceramic tile flooring and high-end new furniture and accessories adds a touch of luxury to the space. The master bedroom now features a comfortable king mattress, accompanied by a 55-inch flat-screen TV and a private sitting area. The guest bedroom is equipped with two queen mattresses, perfect for accommodating additional guests. In the living room, you'll find a brand new 65-inch flat-screen TV with a Blu-Ray and DVD player, offering endless entertainment options.

The remodeled master bathroom includes an enlarged ceramic shower, providing a spa-like experience. Step out onto the front balcony, accessible from both the living room and master bedroom, and you'll find premium furniture that allows you to comfortably enjoy the breathtaking ocean views. For your convenience, the unit is equipped with internet access, cable TV, free long-distance phones, ceiling fans in both bedrooms, and brand new washer and dryer. To add a touch of elegance, a custom crystal chandelier hangs in the dining room, creating a stylish and sophisticated atmosphere. The villa offers two bedrooms and an additional queen sleeper sofa, accommodating a variety of group sizes. Excellent Stay

We loved the decor in 203 and it's location on the second floor, which allowed us to use the stairs instead of the elevator all week. Still had a great view. Everything in the unit functioned well.

Cleanest condo I've ever stayed in!

My mom and I took a trip to visit family who live in Savannah. While the drive back and forth was a bit long for us, this was by far the cleanest condo/rental I have ever stayed in! That alone makes the 1 hour drive to Savannah worth it. Would definitely rent from this company again. Communication was great and they were all very friendly. Condo was perfect for 2 of us with room to spare.

Good Stay, except

The property is well located and very nice. I would consider staying there again. My issue is that I used Xplorie for a wagon and beach supplies, however there is no direct access from the property to get the wagon to the beach. I tried to cancel the Xplorie wagon and supplies but was not allowed to cancel. I never used the items. Guests should be warned about the lack of direct beach access for a wagon. The sunset cruise that I booked from Xplorie was supposed to have a bar and restroom. It had neither and was tiny, nothing like the picture. Fortunately I was reimbursed for the cruise since we did not go. The bikes we rented were supposed to have baskets. They did not. Xplorie has some issues they need to correct.

Great location, property was not thoroughly cleaned

Great view, great beach, great pool, great location. Absolutely would rent here again. Hilton head is very nice and this property is general was high quality. Three negatives to mention, none severe but worth talking about: property was not cleaned well before we arrived - floor was sticky in spots and had lots of debris like feathers dirt etc. Not a lot of detail put into cleaning (top of fridge or microwave for example, some glass tables not windexed). We’re not germaphobic, just left us thinking how many guests have to stay before it gets deep cleaning. It wasn’t bad enough for us to call. National property management could be easily reached but local property management did not call until 36 hours later after a message was left. Property is nice but they don’t show pictures of the less updated spots - 2nd bathroom very outdated, leather furniture is peeling badly in some spots.
