Villamare 3526 est une unité d'extrémité (trÚs calme) au 5Úme étage du bùtiment # 3. L'unité a une exposition sud, ce qui rend les chambres et terrasses lumineuses et ensoleillées toute l'année, surtout pendant les mois d'hiver. La cuisine a été rénovée avec tous les appareils en acier inoxydable et les comptoirs en granit. La cuisine est équipée de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour une famille active occupée.

Le salon est confortable et douillet avec de nombreux siÚges pour tous, un nouveau plancher et une télévision à écran plat de 42 "sur un bras mobile. Nous avons mis à votre disposition plus de 200 chaßnes et de la musique à la demande. La terrasse du salon offre une vue sur l'océan comme le montrent les photos fournies.

La table de la salle à manger peut accueillir 4 et 2 tabourets de bar, ce qui facilite les repas pendant vos journées les plus occupées à la plage.

La chambre principale a de nouveaux meubles en 2016 et un écran plat de 32 ". La salle de bain principale, rénovée en 2016, a une cloison vitrée privée ajoutée entre le lavabo et la chambre principale. La zone Master Bath a de nouveaux comptoirs d'armoires et de granit.

La deuxiÚme chambre a 2 lits queen et une grande salle de bain et douche privées. Nous avons ajouté des serrures à l'épreuve des enfants sur la porte coulissante en verre pour votre sécurité et votre tranquillité d'esprit.

Nous sommes dans le bùtiment # 3 qui a 2 ascenseurs pour votre commodité et un parking souterrain.

Cette unité appartient à Brookview Gardens, Inc., une organisation caritative à but non lucratif dont le siÚge social est situé à West Orange, dans le New Jersey.

Fantastic property, Villamare is our favorite and this unit is terrific. Comfortable beds, nice updates and furnishings. Only possible suggestion I might offer is to upgrade the tv in the living room, but otherwise everything was perfect! Great communication with the owner and hope to stay again soon!

This is a great spot and a beautiful condo! The view is breathtaking and you can actually see both sunrise and sunset fr the balcony. We enjoyed the fun games provided and the indoor pool facilities. It is a quick walk to the General Store for any forgotten items. I highly recommend this place and Jan. Good communication and everything was as advertised.

Fantastic place to vacation

The condo was one of the best we have ever stayed in! It was very clean, beautifully decorated and had all the extras that you need in a home away from home for the week. The view of the ocean from the condo was perfect.The owner of the condo was very easy to communicate with and made the check in / out process very efficient. The owner provided some suggestions of dining locations and activities which was much appreciated!It was a close walk to the pools and beach. We will most definitely be a returning customer at this condo!

Perfect Way to Kick Off Summer!

We had a wonderful stay at this Villamare condo within Palmetto Dunes! Travelled with four older teens. From the start, our host Jan was fantastic—very easy to communicate with and full of great local recommendations. She also added thoughtful personal touches that made our stay incredibly convenient, including beach towels, two beach chairs, games, cards, and toiletries to get us started. The condo itself is very clean, bright, and welcoming. We especially loved the two balconies—perfect spots to enjoy sunsets with views of the ocean and trees. The location is ideal: just a short walk to the beach, the Palmetto Dunes general store, and the Shelter Cove Marina and shops right across the street.We also really enjoyed the beautiful tree-lined walking and biking paths throughout the area. This is a fantastic spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient beach vacation. Highly recommend—we’d absolutely stay here again!

Perfect beach stay!

Our VRBO stay was absolutely fantastic! The place was **spotlessly clean** and incredibly **close to the beach**, which made walks and swims so easy. We loved having access to the **nice pools** for a refreshing dip, and the **easy parking** was a huge plus. Its central location meant we were **close to everything** we needed, from shops to restaurants. We had a wonderful, convenient, and relaxing stay!

This condo was the perfect place for our vacation. It had everything we needed for our stay (THANK YOU to the host for providing beach towels - absolutely essential) and was very clean. The host was super responsive to all communications. Would definitely stay here again.

Good Visit

Only issue was sink in master bedroom was starting to clog. We could not find any Liquid Plumber to use. Everything else was great.

First family visit

This was our first visit to the island, and we really enjoyed our stay here at Villamare. The condo was clean, well stocked with everything needed, and provided nice ocean views. The complex is in a very convenient spot on the island and close to so much, we also enjoyed the newly renovated pool.

This was a beautiful property. It fit our expectations perfectly and was a wonderful vacation for our family. A little bit of paradise

I have stayed in this unit every year for nine years and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else on Hilton Head Island! Villamare is close to great restaurants and golf courses plus you have the ocean to great you every morning. The upgrades to the pool area are fantastic, too!
