Tous les nouveaux meubles de salon, appareils électroménagers et de nombreuses mises à jour, y compris de nouveaux comptoirs en quartz dans la cuisine et les salles de bains. Nouvelles vanités et accessoires de salle de bain.

Notre villa, AR209, est parfaite pour des vacances en famille car elle est située à environ 50 pas de la plage! Il dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, d'une chambre principale avec télévision et d'un lit queen-size, d'une chambre d'hôtes avec lits jumeaux et d'un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon. La salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes confortablement.

Internet sans fil gratuit et 2 téléviseurs HD sont inclus, tout comme le tennis gratuit et l'utilisation du centre de remise en forme. Sur place, il y a 3 restaurants - un bar sportif (Coconutz), une pizzeria (Gator'z Pizza) et un bar décontracté (Jamaica Joe'z) au bord de la piscine donnant sur la plage (spécialisé dans les boissons surgelées).

Il y a une piscine à côté d'Admiral's Row ainsi qu'une autre très grande piscine avec une piscine pour enfants à côté. Ici, vous trouverez également de nombreuses chaises longues, des tables avec des parasols, un kiosque semi-couvert, des fers à cheval, du beach-volley et un jeu de palets.

Nous mettons à votre disposition 4 chaises longues et un parasol. Nous fournissons des serviettes et des draps, mais pas des serviettes de plage.

Il y a 8 courts de tennis éclairés et 6 courts de pickleball éclairés qui sont gratuits à utiliser - il suffit de vous inscrire au Tennis Center.

Utilisation gratuite du centre de fitness!

Des vélos peuvent être loués sur place par la barrière de sécurité et il y a des supports à vélos situés des deux côtés d'Admiral's Row.

Des barbecues au charbon et des tables de pique-nique sont situés autour du complexe, certains se trouvant du côté nord du bâtiment. Très pratique. Il y a plus à côté de l'aire de jeux pour enfants qui est un endroit idéal pour un grand rassemblement. Les enfants peuvent jouer sur l'équipement de l'aire de jeux et les adultes peuvent les regarder tout en se rendant visite et en cuisinant des hot-dogs et des hamburgs.

Our hosts had the condo clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The view of the ocean was beautiful from both windows and the balcony. We aren’t familiar with Roku, so we had some difficulty working the channels, but that was minor and not difficult to figure out. It was a great experience!

Ian, the host, is fantastic. Very polite, communicative, and makes sure you are satisfied during your stay. He went above and beyond to replace some worn beach chairs for us, so we would have them. The view is amazing! We loved listening to the ocean in the mornings and evenings with the screen door closed. We love this property! We've stayed here twice now, and will definitely be coming back.

Great Location close to the Beach!

This property is literally steps from the beach! Great location with an incredible ocean view from the balcony. Easy driving distance to great dining and 3 food options on the property for when you don't want to drive. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. He provided a really detailed summary of dining options, places to visit, and history of the surrounding areas which was extremely helpful. We will stay here again!

Slice of Heaven

This is our 2nd stay in this condo and we still love it! First of all, the property owner (Ian) is organized, responsive and friendly. The property is EXACTLY as advertised. Perfect location and view. I love sitting on the balcony watching the ocean, pelicans flying overhead in formation, and people traveling to & from the beach. Condo is closest 2 BR to beach, elevator and laundry room. HHI Beach & Tennis Club is also in a perfect location on the island. I strongly recommend booking this condo. You will not be disappointed. We'll be back!

Amazing Location

Just book your trip! Super easy check in. Extremely friendly staff in the office and security. Beautiful view of the beach right from the living room. Room is conveniently located right next to the laundry room and elevator! Community is very kid freindly and offers movie night at the pool. Beach access is as close as you can be without sleeping on the beach and it has a life guard! Condo was very clean and the kitchen had plenty of pots/pans and plates. Hosts also provide a very detailed list of places to go and see, which made sight seeing much easier!

Ocean view!

We loved being able to keep the screen on the sliding door open to hear the ocean at night! Very clean, and spacious. The beds were a bit firm, but overall it was just fine! Would stay again.

My name is Ian and I grew up in England. I reside between the Cincinnati Ohio/Northern Kentucky area and Hilton Head with Debby who is also from England. I have lived in the USA since 1976 owning at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort since the year 2000. I have never grown tired of the fantastic ocean view from the condo. Also, I can't say enough about all the wonderful things to do here at the resort and the incredible people who take care of us. I love to share this with our guests and nothing makes me happier than when I receive a note back from a guest who has just enjoyed their best vacation ever here at our condo.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis is located in the Folly Field neighbourhood of Hilton Head Island. This is a well established older neighbourhood that is away from the hustle and bustle of the Coligny area of the island. You can walk to everything - the beach, on-site restaurants, and some beautiful streets in the old neighbourhood lined with Live Oaks and Spanish moss. You really don't need to leave all week except to go grocery shopping.
However, if you choose to get in your car, or rent a bike, you can be at all manner of scenic areas, attractions, restaurants, breweries, and historical sites in just minutes. If you like the beach and the ocean this is absolutely the place to be. The neighborhood runs along the oceanfront. There are 5 beach restaurant/bars within walking distance of our condo. You can walk to the Folly (a Marshland inlet) in one direction and to what we call the "Rocks" in the other.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The Admirals Row A building where we are located is closer to the ocean than any other building on the property - actually closer than most buildings on the island. Our condo is at the end nearest to the beach. Located at the edge of the dunes with the ocean just steps away on the other side, you can hear the sound of the waves crashing on the beach when you sit on our balcony. It's a pretty cool experience to enjoy that proximity when you get up in the morning, take a break in the day, or are relaxing in the evening. Also, I really like that we are not in a concrete jungle. We have space between low rise buildings. We have trees, vegetation, and natural dunes. I've owned in Admirals Row for over 25 years, and I'm still loving it.
