A grand family vacation

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented 3 units to accommodate our entire family (our three kids, their spouses, and 6 grand-kids), and enjoyed the vacation of a lifetime. A lot of time at the beach, in the pools, and the many wonderful family outings--the Burch Aquarium, Balboa Park and the zoo, Legoland, etc. Dinners together, each family taking turns: Chicken Shack, Pizza Port, tacos made with delicious meats from the Cardiff Seaside market, grilled to perfection, dogs and burgers another night. Staff at Stubbs was incredibly good--kudos to Tyler, Kevin and Jennifer.

Best place I’ve ever stayed at

Me and my wife absolutely enjoyed our stay 10/10 we’ll definitely stay at this same place again we’ll be back we couldn’t be any more happier with the place we chose. The staff was really friendly and helpful as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely time. The location is great. The condo is nicely appointed. I would mention to the owner that they get a professional plumber in to look at the lack of drainage in the two downstairs bathrooms. It is not pleasant to have to shower in flip flops with water around your ankles. I suspect that prior rental guests have clogged the drains with sand and this needs to be remediated. We'd like to stay and Endless Summer again but not until we are assured this issue has been resolved. Thankyou.

Great Beach Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We go every year seascape Sur 4 years now the grounds are impeccable! The condo 149 was very nice! A little ocean view was good too.Just some minor details would have made it even better. Needs better pots and pans cooking utensils and the area rug sofa and chairs need replacing and it wouldn’t hurt to replace the carpet downstairs with the wood floors to match the rest of the floors. Stubbs is the best!

Reviewer Comments: Many positives:Nicely designed, up-to-date and situated in the heart of the complex where it was quieter (no pool or tennis noise, just a pretty pond/stream which provided water sounds). Kitchen is bright, cheery with good selection of plates, serving dishes, glass/plastic drinkwear. Skylights wonderful. Appliances are newer and work perfectly. Furniture and beds comfortable. Carpet in bedrooms look newer too. Good water pressure in nicely tiled showers. View from unit overlooks path/pond. Multiple window/doors which allowed in breezes to cool the upper level. Felt private - which we like. A few areas for improvement: The furniture could use a steam cleaning. I can imagine that it’s difficult to keep light furniture looking good in a rental condo. The ceiling fan is rusty and could use replacement. Other fans were also beat up which you notice when there’s no AC. Make sure to fix the two dead outlets we reported. Replace/toss a few of the fry pans that have not been well cared for.

Condo is 2 levels: entry level has the bedrooms, stairway up to kitchen, dining and living room. No view but quiet (there's a water feature nearby that had a waterfall but we found the sound to be like white noise and pleasant). Easy beach access. Condo has beach towels but no beach items like chairs, umbrellas or toys. Good location in Solana Beach.

Enjoy the beautiful unit and nightly sunsets.

This is an excellent unit in a pretty beach town. The unit itself is in pristine condition, especially for rental. The kitchen is roomy and up-to-date. The bathrooms also seem new. The living room and two bedrooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. Linens in the bed and baths were of hotel quality. There are also flatscreen TVs with cable, and excellent wifi. You can see the ocean from the living room windows and balcony. It’s an obstructed view, since there is one row of units in front of you, so you can’t watch the sunset from the unit. But that’s a great excuse to walk outside and view the sunset from the cliffside pathway by those front units. Or - better yet - just walk down to the beach and view the sunset from there. It’s just 60 seconds to get to that pathway, and two minutes down to the beach. The beach itself is beautiful; it hasn’t been touched by development and is clearly well taken care of by the town (I saw frequent patrols as I walked there). Highly recommended.

Large, bright, comfortable, had what we needed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was large, clean, comfortable to be in, and had everything we needed (including boogie boards and beach chairs). The layout is a little strange but it makes sense to have the big living room / kitchen area upstairs as it's bright and sunny and open, whereas the bedrooms get less sun so they're downstairs. The windowless "office" room actually was very handy for work Zoom calls, as it's out of the way and quiet. Only drawback was that the 3rd bed was in the living room, so the person sleeping there had to be the last to go to bed and the first to wake up.

Great Stay

This property is perfectly located to enjoy the city of San Diego and the beautiful beaches in the area. Convenient to I-5 and many restaurants and entertainment. Very clean and comfortable unit with everything we needed.

Great location and nice place

Place was very nicely furnished, and super comfortable, only down a long staircase to a nice beach. kitchen had most everything you need. Only downside was that the place should have provided more toiletries like soap and shampoo or else should have informed us to bring our own. No huge deal, really enjoyed our stay.
