Located in the very heart of the sunny Mission district, enjoy our recently remodeled, design forward and sparkling clean apartment with an unforgettable stay at the center of San Francisco. Hardwood floors, light-filled room, high-end kitchen plus carefully chosen allergen-free pillows and bedding for a relaxing and restful night. Outside deck has seating for 10! Even in this strange time, this apartment overlooks the gorgeous city skyline. Dolores Park (2 blocks walk) and Mission Playground (next door) allows tennis and soccer games at your convenience and Valencia Street is alive with open areas for food and music. Our lively Thursday market is open for fresh veggies and flower, fruits and treats. Stores sell more than masks, as bicyclists ride through the streets. Ritual still serves the best coffee in the city and is 1.5 blocks away.

Comfortable Haven

This is our second year at Ryan’s place for the December Holiday Season. The apartment is well equipped, spacious and perfectly located to enjoy the Mission, Dolores Park, and many nearby great restaurants. Ryan is easily accessible to answer any questions you might have and is a wonderful host.

This was our third time staying at this lovely apartment in the heart of the Mission. It’s close to everything the neighborhood has to offer, with many amazing shops and restaurants nearby. The space is clean, cozy, well appointed and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, bright spacious living room, and a back patio that is spacious and sunny.Ryan is an amazing host - quick to respond, easy to work with and helpful. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Mission Delight

Space is great and location can’t be beat. Right in the heart of the Mission, close to all that the neighborhood has to offer, and yet somehow quiet. It was really clean, well stocked and gave us a great base for our visit to San Francisco to see our son and family over the holidays. A comfortable and convenient place to rest and recharge after a busy day. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to cook in. These are some of the places we’ve eaten or picked up from that were really good - Shizen; Rhea’s Deli; Mixt; Big Lantern; Burma Love; Truly Mediterranean; Tartine, Arizmendi; & BiRite. We’ve already booked again and are looking forward to our next visit.

Absolutely Perfect

I can't emphasize enough how wonderful Ryan's place is. We have lived in this neighborhood (Mission) for 4 years and rented this place for our parents to stay at to visit when our son was born. We loved it so much that after our parents left, we moved in with our baby for 5 more weeks! We had looked at several apartments 4 years ago before so we are aware of properties in the mission, Ryan's place is outstanding. Big, open, bright, beautifully decorated, extremely clean. The location is unmatched - you will be right in the heart of the mission and a couple blocks from Dolores park. The back patio is large and wonderful to sit at with a view of downtown, very unique in that there is no building directly behind. Communication with Ryan was easy and efficient. If you get cleaning, Esther is great - respectful, wore a mask, and cleans the place wonderfully. And the parking was really helpful as street parking can be a nightmare in this area. You should definitely stay here if you are coming to San Francisco.
