This solar-powered, ideally located, comfortable and sophisticated one-of-a kind house, is overlooking breath-taking 360° sea & iconic mountain views. It is the perfect gateway for a relaxing, memorable, family holiday with wonderful space for kids to play, it is also ideal for business visitors that will enjoy high speed (fiber) connectivity and the amenities we offer.
The house accommodates a maximum of 8 guests in 4 spacious & comfortable bedrooms and from the open pool deck you will enjoy the SA sun to the fullest or a barbecue al fresco. It is undoubtly the perfect base from its location, it only takes a short drive or walk down to the vibrant Camps Bay promenade to enjoy beaches, shops & restaurants and also enjoy iconic outdoors activities like climbing Lion Head at sunset or sunrise, take the cable to Table Mountain to see Robbin Island or take a day trip to the Cape Peninsula or the well renown winelands.
We have everything in place for you to enjoy the comfort of the Villa with its panoramic views:

It is SOLAR powered (no impact from power-outage), has its state of the art high-quality water filtering system and high-speed uncapped fiber connection throughout the property. This will allow an ideal "Home away from Home" experience.
We welcome guests for longer stays (28 days and more).
The house offers open plan living with a wide comfortable (TV) lounge, a fully equipped kitchen and 4 bedrooms that comfortably host a maximum of 8 guests (incl. of children & toddlers).
DISTANCES: All amenities are closeby, it will merely take you 20-25mn from/to Cape Town International Airport, 10-15mn to the City Center and the V&A Waterfront attractions or 5-7 min to Camps Bay Promenade.
