Decorated throughout in a sleek contemporary style, the villa is split on two levels. On entering the villa, you are greeted with the open plan lounge, dining and recently renovated high-spec kitchen area.
The Space:
The lounge has a modern large screen TV and big comfy couches to relax in. A pebble fireplace makes it an ideal space for those cold winter nights. All three bedrooms are sea-facing, two bedrooms are located downstairs (one of which has an en-suite bathroom) and the master bedroom is located on the upper level (also with en-suite bathroom). The outdoor area has a large private deck that is ideal for those that love entertaining and is the perfect sundowner spot.
The deck also has a pool which enables one to enjoy the surrounding, breath-taking sea and mountain views. At the back of the property you can relax in the courtyard setting with a small lounge area. Ty Gwyn is in a great location and close to all the attractions and amenities Cape Town has to offer.
This is a dedicated year-round vacation apartment which is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities. The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!

MyCiTi is Cape Town’s modern, scheduled bus service, and an easy way to get around the city. Current routes link the Airport and central Cape Town with Camps Bay and Clifton, all you need is your Myconnect card preloaded with money, which you can do at any MyCiti station or select retailer. Alternatively, one of the easiest ways to get around is by Uber. Just download the app on your smartphone, register, and start using it straight away. The best part is that you register yourself with your credit card details, so you don’t need to always have cash on you to be able to catch a ride.
