In a the heart of Las Vegas 17 minutes from the strip and 10 min from downtown, modern countryside ranch house on almost an acre of land! Large 8ft deep pool!

‼️‼️ VERY IMPORTANT‼️‼️

📌 No party! No unreported visitor! Only the amount of guests you put are allowed to be in the property. Additional guest fee $30/person per night apply after 6th guest.
📌 Security deposit will be taken away if we find out there is any house party occur during the stay.
📌 Owner’s keep personal items in the closet, please do not touch them
📌 If you are bring pets, keep them away from the pool and beds.
📌 Please do not have AC on with doors/windows open. Any damage to the AC will be billed to the guest.
📌 Please do not flush anything down the toilets, plumbing fees will be billed to you if the toilet is clogged.

Before check out:

📌 Rinse dirty dishes and put them in the washer
📌 If you move any furnitures, move them back to the original places
📌 Turn off the AC / heater

Great place

Plenty of room and a nice area for a bunch of friends visiting Vegas that don't want to be too close to the hectic strip. It was great to have somewhere near the strip but quiet enough to escape back to after partying.

Enjoyed the house

We very much enjoyed the house. Great set up for our group. Having not been to Las Vegas in 35 years we didn’t realize how much it had changed and the amount of time and traffic we would have to navigate to get to our friend in Boulder. Totally our fault. Loved the house. The only change I would suggest is the addition of a washer and dryer.

As advertised and close to the strip

This property is as advertised and per the pictures. Given the cold temps we were not able to enjoy the outdoor pool or patio. The house was clean and beds and linens supplied. A few minor additions would go a long way, such as putting bathmats in the shower areas, hand towels in the bathrooms, etc.. There is not much within walking distance but nothing they can do about that. Overall though what we needed for a group of 6 with quality beds and a clean place.

Weekend getaway

This house was a good place for all of us to stay. I would stay here again. Ample space for 7 couples. The property manager was very responsive and kind to my messages and accommodated us when I needed to add more people staying there. The patio furniture is nice and the pool table on the covered porch is great. Things to know: There are no pullout beds and the house needs more towels. No washer and dryer. Parking inside the driveway gate is very limited. 4 cars at most. The automatic gate for the driveway has a broken arm and needed a push to get closed. Sometimes we couldn’t get it to close. The gate closes back about a foot after it opens and hit one of our cars as it was driving into the driveway.

Good overall

First off, weird arrangement with deposits. Pay sum first and then deposit was paid 3 days prior to stay. Everything in the kitchen was limited. No filter water so bring your own water & garbage bags. Cameras were directed at the pool, Which made it a little uncomfortable. Beware of the stairs - slippery. No garage - those were converted to the black room. Some of the locks doesn’t work, like the sliding back door. A stick was used to lock up. Oh, also!! Expect to wake up at 5-6 am. One of the neighbor has a roster!!! But all in all, this was a nice stay. Close to the strip and grocery stores.

The security deposit is required, as you can see it is noted in the description. We disconnect the water line to the fridge/freezer for the hygiene issue, we do not want people to grab ice from the bucket inside. Security camera is for safety issue especially the pool is 9' depth. The lock for the sliding door works, it locks it with a special click, the stick is for people don't know how to use it. The property is in a historical ranch area in Las Vegas just like how we name it. Any question, please reach out to me, I will be more than happy to answer.

Not what I expected

The neighborhood was not that great. Neighbors had a noisy rooster all day, teenagers from next door kept jumping the wall into our yard which was very creepy. The back yard/ Patio was very disappointing. dirty, and needs work. The inside was clean but very dark in some areas. The main downstairs bathroom didn't even have a mirror so you had to use the smaller one to get ready in. The appliances were good but the kitchen not stocked very well. Plenty of seating in the house and beds were very comfortable. The A/C mini splits in the down stair bedrooms quit working and froze up even though we follow the instructions they left (very difficult to use) Front yard was very dirty and need work including the outside of the house in general. We paid over 5K for 3 nights and it was not worth the price for sure. The pictures make it look much better than what it was.
