3 NIGHT MIN! Private gated and secluded resort like home near the airport and the strip! Great for working remotely with a desk work space in master bedroom. Huge grass lawn areas, Pool and spa with waterfalls, slide, grotto, covered patios, tree swings, separate casita with full kitchen. Total 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms. 5th bath is an outdoor pool bathroom with shower in the garage.
Each bedroom has its own smart TVs. Pool table, table tennis, large connect 4, bean bag toss, board games and more to enjoy! Outdoor covered patio with lounge sofa and dining table. Day beds to relax by the pool, and more! Great for large family’s
and group gatherings!
There is an additional pool/spa heat fee per day. Please inquire at least 3 days in advance for pool to be heated.

Main house was very clean, organized and open. It was great for our family to all meet, eat and play games. The bedrooms were cozy and the bathroom was very clean and great shower and bath the yard was awesome great pool and slide for all the kids. The grass area was also big and nice you don't see much grass in Vegas we played tennis and baseball

U will love location to downtown, and if you enjoy playing in pool and grilling out for 10 you will appreciate this value for large groups

Nice house, good yard, but a lot of small things were off.

We had a great stay and the host was great. The pool is beautiful (though a little small) and the yard is large and accommodating. However the backyard also had some areas that looked unfinished with old curtains, a torn swing, and just bare ground with equipment lying around. The house was large and comfortable. But one of the king beds had a warped, U-shaped mattress and that room had a leak when it rained. The ceiling was leaking water on electrical cords in the corner. Some of the bathrooms didn’t have towel hooks and they lacked counter space for toiletries. Overall we had a good time, enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the large space,but the house is lacking some finishing touches.

Lack of transparent communication, misrepresentation of listing, not worth the value

We booked this property on the sole expectation that we would have a heated pool and hot tub access for the kids to create a memorable family experience. Not only were we lied to about the capacity for the heating system there to power the water features, the pool and the hot tub simultaneously, but once we arrived the pool was cold. After 24 hours the pool and hot tub were still cold. Why even after a heating option? Not only is this offering misrepresented on the listing ( this is not a heated pool or hot tub, don't be deceived) the showers in the casita and master bedroom run cold quickly, don't expect hot showers in these bathrooms. There are no check in instructions so be sure to ask any and every question you can think of. This is a highly overvalued listing when paired with no pool/hot tub access. I wouldn't recommend this property due to the lack of transparent communication and the dishonest representation of the property.

First impression was honestly awful. It doesnt look like a great area, there is continous construction, and the outside of the house needs a lot of TLC. The main areas of the inside of the home is okay

Private Paradise

Everything was as advertised. Property was large and spacious, fit everyone comfortably. Location was perfect! Felt like we we're in our own world with plenty of privacy. Kitchen has everything we needed to cook. The pool was nice and refreshing and served as a great backdrop for photo opportunities. Overall, 10/10 definitely recommend. Our group is planning on making this an annual trip!

Awesome property!

We were a group of 16 celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday. The house was clean and stocked with all the amenities we needed! We had space to spread out and the backyard/pool area is gorgeous. We had a ping pong tournament, played endless games of pool and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Awesome!

Perfect for large group.

We came here for a group of 15 adults and enjoyed the stay. The outdoor area including the pool is large and perfect for a big group. Plenty of room for everyone to have a bed. About 15 minutes from the Strip.

Great property for groups

This property has lots of space and rooms for large groups to spread out. It is an older property but has been a bit updated and nicely redone inside. The pool and spa were the best part for the kids, with a grotto and working slide. We came for a baseball tournament, and it was conveniently located to the fields as well as food and grocery stores. Easy to find on a very quiet street. The hosts were very receptive when we needed help and any issues we had were always addressed. Just note the gate does not close which was a minor inconvenience to us as we had a dog but not a huge deal in the big picture.

Had a great stay with 6 adults, it has everything you need but the highlight is the outdoor space with pool, hot tub and waterfall. We called it “the compound” because the layout is definitely different but it work fine for us.

This property was great! Paula and Miranda were very responsive and answered any questions I had. We were a group of 14 women and would absolutely recommend staying here if you have a large group or multiple families. The separate house out back was perfect, they had just fixed the AC so the house stayed cool the whole time. They also had full length mirrors in every room that made the getting ready process a lot easier. The pool was better than expected! For being there in Aug, it was very refreshing and relaxing, the slide was a fun bonus.
