Villa luxueuse et spacieuse avec piscine privée, superbe vue îles de la mer Égée

Située en sommet de colline au calme, la villa est entourée par 4000 m2 de jardins privés superbement entretenus et d'oliviers ; vue sur les îlesde la mer Égée dans les deux directions, l’idéal pour des couchers du soleil romantiques et pour des familles.
La villa est indépendante et offre une intimité totale à 10 minutes de route des superbes plages de sable, le petit aéroport local et la ville de Naxos. Le village de Glinado est à 5 minutes en vélo depuis la villa.
La villa dispose de sa propre piscine privée au cœur de jardins avec une superbe vue sur la mer jusqu’à Paros. Il y a de grandes terrasses de jardin sur les trois côtés de la propriété, chacune avec une vue sur la mer ainsi qu’un barbecue intégré. Il y a également de grands balcons au premier et au second étage de la villa, et un belvédère abrité, couvert par du chèvrefeuille, au premier étage qui offre un espace repas idéal. Trois chambres doubles offrent un logement spacieux pour les familles ou groupes d’amis.

Perfect dream vacation

The Villa was perfect, every detail well thought out! The owner and property manager were available 24 hours a day to answer questions we had. Would highly recommend….and we usually stay at a 5 star ( think ritz or 4 seasons)

Wonderful Villa

Perfect villa for our group of friends! I will definitely be back! The view from each room and the lovely pool cannot be overstated! A rental car is a must for this location but enabled us to go short and long distances for fantastic food and drive around the north of the island! Wonderful!

Our group of 8 absolutely fell in love with this villa and truly did not want to leave. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how stunning and spacious the home was. The photos are beautiful, but somehow the house is even more impressive in person. Every room was thoughtfully designed, and every detail felt intentional. The villa felt like a real family home that had been lovingly cared for and was such a convenient location to easily get to all we the places we had on our bucket list for Naxos! The villa had absolutely everything we could have needed during our stay. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped--it was so easy and enjoyable to make meals together, and there were so many wonderful spaces throughout the property to gather, relax, and spend time as a group. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived and never lacked anything. Our host, Jill, was exceptional. She was warm, kind, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had an amazing experience. She met us personally at the port, showed us around the property, and took the time to explain everything we needed to know. Her recommendations were fantastic and helped make our time in Naxos even more special. We even had her jump in on our family picture! The yard staff and handyman were some of the sweetest people we met during our trip, and their warmth added so much to the experience.This was one of our favorite places we have ever stayed and will absolutely be back!

Amazing stay!

We visited September 2024 with a large group of 9 adults. The property was exactly as pictured and so spacious we didnt even spend time in all the lounge areas. We loved sitting outside playing games and sharing a meal. The port area was an easy 15 min drive. Communication with the host was great as well. We would come back in an instant and stay here!

We loved our stay at Villa Kairos! We were a large group of people and we had more than enough space. Everywhere you turned there was another balcony, patio, or seating area. The Villa felt very private surrounded by large gardens. Jill and caretaker Kristos were communicative, we had a minor issue and Kristos came immediately and fixed the problem. The Villa was spotless and had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a large group.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances dans cette magnifique villa très spacieuse, parfaitement équipée, avec un jardin et une piscine magnifiques, et un superbe panorama. Jill et Tim ont veillé à ce que tout soit parfait ce qui fut le cas, et nous avons été très gentiment accueillis par Sascha. Le cadre est idéal pour un repos garanti !

Belle maison spacieuse avec un très agréable jardin, une belle piscine et une vue sublime. Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances. Bien située sur Naxos, si vous avez une voiture. Pour rendre le séjour plus agréable encore, je suggererai de rajouter un parasol sur la table et de prévoir plus d'éclairage autour du salon de jardin et de la table. Un point négatif, 3 chambres au rez de chaussée pour une salle de douche et le bruit de la pompe á eau, située á proximité d'une des chambres. Accueil sympatique.

La table a toujours eu un parasol. Nous avons vérifié avec nos invités actuels qui confirment qu'il est intact et qu'ils n'ont aucun problème. Il y a un éclairage étendu dans tout le jardin de la maison jusqu'à la piscine. La pompe à eau est située dans la salle d'eau qui est proche de la cuisine, et non les chambres. La villa dispose de trois salles d'eau. Chaque salle de douche se trouve sur un autre étage de la maison. Si la salle de douche au rez-de-chaussée est occupée et que les clients utilisent leurs jambes, il leur est possible d'utiliser une autre salle de douche.

Excellent Property!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay on Naxos. The property was huge and perfect for our crew of 8 (2 families- with kids). The villa is clean and well cared for and stocked with anything you would need in the kitchen. Location is wonderful. We enjoyed walking to town , sunsets and hanging out by the pool. I would highly recommend this property to anyone spending time on Naxos.

Outstanding stay

Our stay at the villa could not have been better. From the first inquiry, Jill is one of the most responsive owners we have ever dealt with - answering all of our questions promptly, and even offering extras like beds for our kids. The check in process is a breeze - Sascha is lovely, greets you at the airport, and shows you around the house. He also recommended the taverna Flaros in the nearby village, which was one of our best meals on the island. The house itself is pretty well flawless. The pictures don't do it justice - the grounds are sprawling and amazing, with more seating/resting/eating areas than we could even use. Everything is in good repair, and unlike so many rental properties, they actually have enough of everything- cups, plates, cookware, etc. The pool is perfect. The location is amazing - close enough to Chora, the beaches, and other great villages, but feels totally secluded and private. We recommend this house 100% and would love to come back!

La casa es fantástica. No nos queríamos ir. Éramos 3 familias y teníamos mucho espacio tanto dentro como fuera. La piscina súper y el jardín y la zona de terraza amplia con sitio para todos. La ubicación es maravillosa porque las playas están a 10 min con el coche y si quieres ir al centro tampoco está lejos. El hecho que no está situada en la costa se recompensa por las puestas de sol! Muy recomendable!

Vacationing in the Villa Kairos in Naxos

Large house, very clean, nice gardens and pool, great views. The property manager Sasha was extremely helpful; a friendly person who went out of his way to be of assistance from the moment we arrived at the port. He helped with the car rental, dropped by the house to make sure that all was well and helped us with dropping off the rental and getting us back to the port.

Beautiful getaway!

2 families staying for one week. Wonderful, comfortable home with spectacular views and the pool was a plus! Sascha was always helpful and made are stay that much more relaxing . Would recommend this home to anyone, Naxos is a lovely island.

Amazing villa in a preserved area

We stayed in Kairos for one week beginning of august 2016. Amazing place, both in the inside and the outside. Plenty of room to feel perfectly at ease. Take the pictures and multiply the effect by 10 ! Very well received by Sascha at the airport, house perfectly equiped, very convenient to visit the island. The pool (big size) is a perfect place to relax, equiped with a bar, a fridge and a sono. Several places to choose for lunch or dinner according to, the view you want to have, a must. We have been operating as a self-catering villa on Naxos since 2017. Villa Kairos is our forever home and we visit 3-4 times a year, during summer and winter. I’m originally from a place where hospitality is a way of life, and creating spaces that feel warm, calm, and deeply comforting has always been a passion of mine. We fell in love with Naxos from the moment I first visited. We have been regular visitors ever since, and feel very connected to the island community, including my many close friends who live here.

Villa Kairos is our piece of bliss. we built it as a permanent home and stay there four times a year. Together with our villa representative and gardener, we invest a lot of energy and love in developing the villa and the gardens.

Villa Kairos is spacious and totally private, with enough space indoors and outdoors. The villa has a pool for guests to enjoy in total privacy. The photos do not do the villa justice, once you're there you're in an amazing setting with incredible views.
