Coyote 18 is a cozy, reverse-living home featuring two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it the ideal home for your next vacation with family or friends. The living room provides plenty of space to relax by the fire, watching a movie or playing a board game.

Step outside onto the fully enclosed back deck for grilling on the gas bbq, or out on the fully enclosed side deck for a soak in the private hot tub.

Downstairs you'll find a king ensuite bedroom with full bath and private balcony. The second bedroom with bunkbed plus full bed leads out to the fully enclosed deck with hot tub and is separated from the king bedroom by a full bathroom.

This home features a ski rack in the garage to store all your winter gear.

This home has AC upstairs only.

Family reunion? Great! Book this home along with our 1 Coyote, 18 Coyote, 19 Coyote, 20 Coyote, and 8 Coyote homes and have plenty of room for the whole family.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

There was no Shampoo, Conditioner and very little body soap. I know people will bring their own, but we were flying so I did not and had to run to the store to buy small bottles. That is very unusual for a hotel or short term rental stay.

We didnt cook, only had coffee & happy to see keurig pods. House was very comfortable, clean, nice. Couldnt believe my friends got 95% of the answers correct, when playing your 80s Trivia game!Thank you, everything was wonderful & would like to return again sometime. :)

We had a fantastic time! The house was beautiful! I have stayed in SunRiver every year for the past 8 years and this is the most well-stocked house I’ve stayed in! We thoroughly enjoyed every second of our vacation. The bikes were a welcome bonus. We loved relaxing in the hot tub every night. It was magical. Thank you so much!!

This property was clean and a great set-up with the bedrooms downstairs. We enjoyed looking at the star in the hot tub at night. It was an easy walk to the shops and restaurants in the Village.

Amazing stay

We had a fabulous time and this property was perfect! It was a great location, super clean and it had everything we needed. The hot tub was great! The property management team was incredible. They were great at communicating with us before, during and after our stay. I highly recommend this property!

18 Coyote Lane

Great location in Sunriver. We skied, biked and hoked while staying there. We liked the proximity to the Village, and the house itself was well stocked for kitchen use. No bathrooms upstairs (no bedrooms, either, though) was a slight drawback. It was way off season - end of April, start of May - so the neighborhood was very quiet, and the occasional train didn't seem distracting. Reasonably priced for the venue. We'd stay here again.

Mt. Bachelor Vacation

This is a really nice place and as advertised, next time we will book through the property manager and we would come back. A couple of suggestions as we have a rental as well. Either provide shampoo in the bathrooms or state in the listing that it is not provided. Also, the access to the garage was either not provided or I missed it. I never did park inside but if I would have had to move the bikes somewhere to get in, which I did consider. But it is really nice that bikes are provided for other than winter stays. Overall this place is a 5 out of 5. Thank you.

Beautiful home!

This is one of the best properties we have stayed at in Sunriver! Clean, well maintained property with a cozy fireplace. Bennington properties was easy to communicate with and provided great service!

Convenient and Comfortable

Our family of 4 (2 kids and 2 adults) stayed here for a week. It's very close to the village and SHARC and easy access to bike trails. House was clean and had all the essentials for cooking and comfort. We loved all the Sunriver area and mountainy decor. Only issue was dishwasher wasn't working. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property for resting and relaxing or hiking and playing. It was A one for cleanliness and having all we needed. Beautiful setting with many wildlife visits. Close and convenient to many restaurants and shopping. Loved it, will definitely return sometime.

Great home for family of 5. Wouldn’t go bigger than that, kids shared room. House was great location and clean. Only downfall is the lighting, not bright in rooms and living room.

Clean and great location!

This was a great house! I am always skeptical and have high expectations for cleanliness and this property was great! Clean and close to town. Kitchen is fully stocked which made cooking easy.
