Wow, this place was worth every penny. Great location, beautiful room and the view is unbelievable!! David was great to work with! Would definitely stay here again! Picture of sunset from the balcony!

Clean comfortable room
great views of the ocean

short walk to the supermarket, restaurants and Starbucks

The best of this stay is the panoramic view from the room. The beautiful color of the ocean can be seen from everywhere in the room, e.g. the kitchen, the shower. From the balcony, the sound of waves are the best. Room is equipped with little kitchenette so very useful to eat in. Beachfront access is another plus. The property itself is small and little outdated, but the room is ok. Amenity inside the room can be upgraded to provide more kitchen and bathroom essentials. The location is convenient for everything from transportation to shopping and dinning. It is a little noisy at weekend nights since it is next to Congo Bongo and Beach Party., but we enjoy the free music when standing outside the balcony. Overall, it is nice to stay here.

Host was amazing/very quick to reply when needing help! The property is as advertised with amazing view! We felt very safe on property and area around. Lots of restaurants/things to do and see close by. We even hopped the red bus to get to the mall with no issues. Now the negative: be WARNED when you check out the front desk will go to review the room and come back with a bogus charge! In our case it was 'blood on the sheets" (with an accompanying picture zoomed in on managers cell phone). We went up to check said 'stain' only to find out it was three tiny specs of dirt that we were able to wash out. The room is adequate but no blankets only a sheet and one toilet paper roll (for 3 adults). Noise from the beach is heard very clearly so music from local club next door and even photographers on the beach at 7 a.m. can be heard. Also we had the spring breakers on our floor at 1 am being loud.

Spectacular views!

Photos don’t do justice to how pretty the views are from this property. Waking up to the sun rising over the sea was inspirational. The staff at Property were very helpful and coordinated taxis and an airport shuttle for us. Location is ideal if you want to be close to the Cancun nightlife and/ or popular hot spots. It is so close that you hear the crowds parting into the night at Coco Bongo and can people watch the party from the balcony! David was very helpful and provided great information and answered our questions.
