Ce magnifique condo familial a une vue magnifique sur l'océan, à quelques pas de notre glorieuse eau bleu turquoise, vous pouvez vous asseoir dans l'intimité de votre balcon pour profiter de vos margaritas tout en regardant le coucher du soleil et les pélicans volants, tout ce que vous entendrez est le son du les vagues se brisant sur la plage et si vous venez au bon moment de l'année, vous verrez les grosses tortues nicher juste devant votre balcon.
Les clients sont responsables d'acheter leurs propres fournitures, nous en laissons pour quelques jours.
SI vous venez pour un travail dentaire, Ocean Dental est de l'autre cÎté de la rue, trÚs pratique.

Le nÎtre est un endroit familial, pas de briseurs de printemps ou d'été.

Cet appartement a 2150 pieds carrés ou 200 M2 avec sols en marbre, 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain complÚtes, salon, salle à manger, coin bar avec un réfrigérateur à vin une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec comptoirs en granit, buanderie, un balcon face à l'océan et WIFI gratuit Internet, télévision par cùble. Nous avons un excellent service de transport en bus dans la zone hÎteliÚre et une voiture de location n'est pas nécessaire.

Nous avons une sécurité 24h / 24, des chaises longues, des tables, des parasols et le restaurant à l'extérieur de notre bùtiment propose un service de restauration et de boissons au bord de la plage.

Le systÚme de bus est excellent et il n'est pas nécessaire de louer une voiture,

This is a spacious property with an amazing view. The recessed portion of the balcony was our favorite spot to relax and enjoy morning coffees and evening cocktails. It has a white sand, private beach and easy access to the bus. Anabel was super responsive and all of the staff we interacted with are great. Though well maintained, the property is definitely showing its age. Tacos Villanos is a short walk away and has excellent tacos and beverages.

This place felt like home. Everything was exceptional, from the hostess to the guys helping every time we needed help with beach chairs and umbrellas or anything else. The scenery in this place are from postcards. We even had a great experience with helping baby turtles to make sure they made it safe to the water.

This property is just as advertised: quiet stretch of beach, excellent staff at the condo, and plenty of room to spread out. Location is great too. Tacun restaurant on site is a major bonus and easily walkable to the La Isla malls.

Terrific experience

Everything from check in to check out was flawless and easy. One minor problem during our stay was corrected within minutes of reporting it to the owner. Great location on a beautiful beach that isn't nearly as crowded as the ones near the major hotels. Just a short walk to several restaurants, and plenty of space for my whole family.

The condo is comfortable and accommodating. The kitchen is well stocked. Bedrooms had lots of storage areas. Plenty of spaces indoors and out to relax.We loved the balcony areas.The location on the beach was great. There is a restaurant next to the building and a Circle K across the street. Communication with the host was timely and helpful. She went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. We would stay again and would recommend it to others.

The host was incredibly responsive - she sent WhatsApp messages ahead of our visit, and was continually responsive during our stay. The condo was perfect for our family - we had such a fun time, and left well rested. We highly recommend!

Great Stay and Great Location

This is a great condo and awesome location. Everyone, from the Manager, on-site facility team, and transportation are top notch. One of the people in our travel party was getting work done at Cancun Dental Specialists and they were directly across the street. I recommend it to anyone traveling with a group of folks.

This place is magic!

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay! The apartment is spacious, the air conditioning works amazingly well and the kitchen is very well equipped. The view is absolutely stunning and the beach is practically empty—an ideal feature for a family full of introverts. Both Esteban and Rosy were wonderfully helpful and welcoming. We had an unforgettable vacation :)

Location, location,location!

Everything about this condo was to our complete satisfaction or better than expected. From ease of communication before check in to dealing with Annabel, Hazel, Esteban and Eblas and our very favourite Carlos who was our transportation the whole 2 weeks available anytime we needed a ride or tour and always with a smile, a story and some Mexican history and culture. If ever in Cancun again would not hesitate to stay here again. Only downside was the weather, with rain, strong winds and beach erosion a lot of our time there but then again it snowed in Florida at the same time and we cannot control Mother Nature

Great family beach getaway

Spacious condo that worked amazing for our family of 6. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Location on the beach was amazing. We enjoyed watching the waves from the balcony every morning and evening. The owners were amazing- helping us set up transportation to and from the airport. Carlos was a great driver and very kind. Maria, Rosy, and Annabel were easy to communicate with and answered all our messages and questions. Would stay here again and again!

Fun in the Sun

We absolutely loved our VRBO. It was right on the beach and easy walk or bus ride around the town. Anabel was very helpful in setting up our vacation and was quick to answer any questions. She also helped us with a driver from the airport. Thanks Rosy and Dorian for getting us to where we wanted to go and set up fishing. The worst part of your vacation is we had to return to our real life. We will be staying here again!!! Thanks for a great vacation.

Lovely beachside condo

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It is an unbelievable view and location for the price, and the owner is actively working on numerous improvements to additional units. Communication with the owner was excellent, instant really, and the staff on site were incredibly friendly and helpful. One of the highlights of our stay (other than the beach and view) was the charming little restaurant next door to the property. Restaurante TACUN! It's cash-only, but the food and atmosphere were fantastic, making it one of our favorite parts of the trip. There were hugs all around the day our family left.. from staff of our B&B and our Tacun friends. We hated to leave. We look forward to seeing the future updates, and will 100% book here when we visit once again!

We have a great location close to everything, there are only 12 apartments in our complex which is a family oriented place, you will enjoy your peace and quiet.
We don't have any big hotels nearby and are beach is very private.
