We enjoyed our stay here! The location was really great - we enjoyed being very close to the RMNP entrance and away from the hustle and bustle of Estes Park, but close enough it was still convenient to go into town for meals and such. We loved the sound of the stream and the view of it from the balcony. The bed was very comfortable. My husband and I slept a bit hot, (we generally sleep in a very cold room) as there is no AC, but that seems to be the norm in this area. The host provided several fans which helped a lot! Some of the appliances are a bit dated (the dishwasher was not operational during our stay), but overall it was a great stay and worked well for our time in the area. If you want to have a quiet, serene location but still close enough to town, this is a great option!

We appreciate you taking the time to write a review, and sharing your observations. We are glad you could easily access your activities. Being at over 8000 feet, we generally don't need A/C. A fan with an open sliding glass door often provides a nice cross breeze. We are working on the appliance situation. We value our guests and so appreciate their feedback and important input. We are happy you had a quiet relaxing stay and hope to see you again in the future. Rocky Mountain Resorts Staff

It was very close to the Rockies national Park. The room was very clean towels and sheets were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had a nice deck. We could leave the screen door open for fresh air at night. We were there in the fall so the weather was perfect and the leaves were amazing. The staff front desk was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions.
