Welcome to our ✔LUXURIOUS✔ home. This magnificent 4-story retreat was professionally designed to bring you a rich, clean, and fresh feel. A great place to relax and hang out with friends and family! Great location for travel physicians and nurses. Quiet neighborhood, close proximity to major highways and essential places.

Centered in the heart of Houston, 5 minutes from the medical center, and NRG stadium. 15 minutes from Galleria Mall. Plenty of restaurants around at driving distance!

This 4 story townhouse is with a very contemporary decor that will give you an awe moment! It features a rooftop and Patio with no elevators. It has beautiful hardwood floors, new appliances, and lovely contemporary decor.

Enjoy the features of the smart fridge that allows you to listen to music, browse Internet and communicate with your group.

You're going to love this space!

Keurig coffee maker is available to help you start your day!

Stove, coffee maker, Toaster, Blender, refrigerator, microwave, Iron, Ironing Board, washer and dryer, towels, cooking pot, utensils, silverwares, hair dryer WiFi, and basic house needs are available for guest usage.

The kitchen has a wine rack that is stock up; One complimentary wine is available

We provide a fire pit for the rooftop in the cold weather.

Sit back and cheer with friends and family as you admire the beautiful view of Downtown from the rooftop.

For a long time, stay (more than 5 days), additional bed sheets, towels, etc. will be provided to make you feel at home.

NO PARTY is allowed on the property, but group booking is allowed with family and friends. Please notify me if an additional guest not on the booking, will be coming to the house.Please note there is a $10 charge for each guest after 10 guests. I live close to the house and I do stop by occasionally to check on guests if there is a need to.




Long-term stay is welcome at a reduced rate.

Please if you are requesting vendors to deliver anything to the house, please communicate this with me. NO ALTERCATION INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE PREMISES. NO LOUD NOISE AFTER MIDNIGHT.

There are multiple security cameras in the exterior records 24/7.

There are additional chairs in the closet. Please, DO NOT bring additional chairs to the property.

Amazing!

My group and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was spacious, the amenities/fixtures were upscale and modern, and the location was extremely clean and tidy. Bee was very responsive and helpful as needed throughout our stay. I would certainly stay at this location again if and when I return to Houston!

Condo was nice, a little smaller than it looked in pics. Living room furniture is very stylish and contemporary but not really too comfortable. Kitchen was very nice with plenty of appliances. Master bed was very comfy as well as bathrooms were nice and clean.

Amazing birthday stay, beautiful townhome

I spent days looking for the perfect home for my birthday weekend and this just checked al my boxes. It’s brand new and so clean, smelled like a hotel when you walk in, and not to mention the interior decor was so modern and cute! We loved the rooftop set up! My Girls from Miami loved the stay as well. Bee also gave me a complimentary bottle of wine. There was nothing missing from my stay and thank you for being a great and hospital host for us! Will definitely book here again for my next girls weekend!

We rented the property to attend the Houston Rodeo. We could walk safely to and from the event which was terribly convenient. Bee was extremely responsive and accommodating. I was afraid the modern living area furniture would not be comfortable but it was great! Rooftop area a huge hit too!

HLSR Cook off - place to sleep

The house was very nice. Wish I would have payed better attention to days I needed house. Definitely would have stayed one more day! The roof top view is great, unfortunately to cold and windy to enjoy it for long. The living area and kitchen on 2nd floor is great for getting together and relaxing. Our group was mostly there to have a place to unwind after cook off and have easy access to get back for 3 days.

Beautiful Townhome

Had a nice stay. The place is very modern and cute! The house was super clean and only 10-15 minutes to everywhere we needed to go. Bee was also available to accommodate our extra requests with quick replies. Thank you for being a great host! I recommend this place.
