The Space:
Start your morning off right with complementary coffee. You will have uninterrupted access to the entire, fully furnished house during your stay, except for the attic, front storage room as well as the storage room in the Master bedroom. The house is equipped with speedy WiFi and Alexa throughout to control lights and fans in the dining room, kitchen, living area and in each room. Play any song on demand everywhere or in one area/room. Tell Alexa its movie night or dinner time to set the mood. The entrance lights downstairs will automatically turn on and off if too dark and with motion.
Casa Baron has enough beds to sleep 10 people comfortably. We have declared the security cameras located outdoors and we do not have any cameras indoor.

First Floor:
• One bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom.
• Super Mario themed game room is located in the garage with a foosball table, over 100 NES and SNES games on Nintendo Switch. The game room's temperature is controlled by its own AC unit with a remote located inside.

Second Floor:
• Living area with a new 75” smart TV and surround system (for music or movies).
• Brand new couch that is easily converted into a queen-sized bed.
• Games including: Catch phrase, Jenga, Playing Cards, Guess Who, Connect 4, Dominos, a Poker Set, Cards Against Humanity, and Uno.
• Chef's kitchen with a stove on the island and an oven. A Keurig coffee machine and cooking appliances.
• Dining room with a large 8 seat table.

Third Floor:
• Second bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom.
• The Master bedroom includes two Queen-sized beds, a desk and ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi.
• Washer and dryer in laundry room for your use.

Fourth Floor:
• Outdoor rooftop with an excellent view of Downtown.

Free parking! The private driveway is big enough to fit 5 full sized vehicles with plenty of more street parking.
Casa Baron is an VRBO home close to Daikin Park, close to George R Brown and close to Toyota Center.

Enjoy a game of Pickleball at one of the near by courts. We have the pads and balls (4 pads, 8 balls) available for your use, for free. Simply reserve the court and pay with the links found in the QR codes next to the pickleball gear in the main closet.
East River 9 (3 mins away):

Bumpy Pickle: (6 mins away):
$20-$40/hour, depending on peak times.

Note: Streaming apps on smart Tv’s can be accessed by logging in to your own account and will automatically log you out on check-out day.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house, except for the attic, front storage room as well as the storage room in the Master bedroom. Access includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry room, game room, rooftop, Hot-tub and back yard.

The Neighborhood:
We are located in the East Downtown/East River area. We are less than 10 minutes away from downtown and the major sporting and event venues (Discovery Green Park, George R Brown convention center, Minute Maid Park, Shell Energy Stadium, and Toyota Center).

Drivetimes:
- 3 minutes to East River 9 (Nine-Hole, Par-3 Golf Course,
Driving Range + Pickleball Facility)
- 11 minutes to Downtown Aquarium
- 12 minutes to the Houston Medical Center and Museum District.
- 18 minutes to NRG Stadium.
- 16 minutes to The Houston Galleria.
- 30 minutes to NASA Johnson Space Center.

Airports:

- 20 minutes from Hobby.

Getting Around:
Ubers and Lyfts are about 5 minutes away as we are very close to downtown. Plenty of parking for 5 vehicles in our driveway but there is also street parking.

Other Things to Note:
Please turn off the propane tanks when not in use, and respect the property and its contents.
