Located in the coveted 145-acre gated community of Kingston Plantation, our condo is in the perfect vacation location, situated between where Myrtle Beach meets North Myrtle beach. Just minutes from literally hundreds of restaurants, attractions, places to shop and beautiful golf courses, our location alone is reason enough to look no further. This MUST SEE 3-bedroom, 3-bath condominium has it all! At over 2800 sq. ft. with balcony, you have gorgeous views of the ocean from your huge wraparound porch. Totally redecorated with bright, airy colors and super comfy furniture, this versatile condo is specifically designed to appeal equally to couples celebrating romantic events, families, Ladies’ or Men’s getaways and reunions.

This spacious home offers an open floorplan with tons of living space. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your inner chef to take charge and make a scrumptious South Carolina specialty from one of our local cookbooks. On hand are spices, EEVO and balsamic vinegar to get you started. There is a dining table for 6 and adjacent 2 bar stools to seat 8 adults. This full-size kitchen has all necessary dishes, drinkware, baking and cooking dishes and utensils you may need. Small appliances include a blender, mixer, crock pot, can opener and tabletop grill. A selection of wine is on hand with our “take one/leave one” policy, so you never know what unique selection a former guest may have left to enjoy!

The large Master Bedroom has a king size, super plush mattress, 50” flat screen TV, amazing views from two sides, balcony access, a huge ensuite bathroom with both shower and jacuzzi tub. Relax after a day of shopping, golf, or enjoying the beach in a candlelight bath with provided bath salts and bombs. The extra spacious second bedroom has a Queen bed with pillowtop mattress and can be converted into a “family bedroom” by opening the Murphy Bed chest for another full Queen bed. It also boasts a 50” flat screen television. Bedroom 3 is a beautifully decorated oasis with Queen bed, 43” flat screen TV, balcony access and full bath.

This condo’s living room is very spacious with a large sofa, 4 large chairs inviting you to sink into, a game table and stools, a must-see fireplace and 55” flat screen TV. There is plenty of room here for everyone to have his or her own space. Enjoy the fun and eclectic wall décor, especially the giant lighted tarpon!

Margate Tower itself is an elegant high rise, the highest oceanfront resort along Grand Strand. This much sought-after vacation and owner-occupied site has 24-hour security in it’s elegant lobby. Be sure to check out the beautiful cascading bi-level pool, accessible only to Margate Tower guests and residents. During the winter, the top pool and relaxing spa are heated for your enjoyment. Then it is just over the dunes to the beautiful, private beach of the Atlantic Ocean. Look to your right and you will see the famous Apache Pier, the longest wooden pier on the East coast. And it’s just a short walk to Ocean Annie’s, an icon for Myrtle Beach vacationers and locals for over 35 years. Continually voted as one of Myrtle Beach’s Top 10 pool bars and one of the 10 Best Bars in South Carolina, Ocean Annie’s beach bar at Sands Ocean Club Resort features live music on the pool deck, cold drinks from the bar and easy access to the beach.

For anyone with mobility issues, there is an adult walker in the Master Bedroom closet. For folks with infants and toddlers, there is a highchair, pack ‘n play, blow-up toddler bed with mattress, and umbrella stroller. Hopefully, this will save precious cargo space in your car when you pack!

We provide high-speed internet throughout the condo, cable television, and Roku TV’s or service, with which you can log in and use your own streaming channels.

On the occasional rainy day or timeout from the sun, there is a collection of books and board games to enjoy. For the beach, there are two folding chairs, umbrella and stand, beach toys for children and adults, and plenty of beach towels.

We typically only accept 7-night reservations during the peak Summer weeks, from Saturday to Saturday. The remainder of the year, we request a 3-night minimum. However, shorter stays or alternative check-in/check-out days may be available upon request, so please just ask. Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 am. Earlier or later times may be possible based on availability and prior arrangement.

Due to the size of this property, the large closets, full bedroom sets and multiple storage cabinets, this condo is definitely perfect for long-term rental. If you are interested in a rental lasting longer than 2 weeks, please reach out to us for discount pricing.

Note that we only rent to individuals 25 and older, and only for a maximum of 8 guests (toddlers and infants not included). The individual making the booking must check in for the entire party unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Smoking is not permitted in Margate Tower, or within 30 feet of any entrances. Pets are strictly forbidden for non-residents.

This is one of four condos that we own in the Margate, each beautifully decorated with its own character. In total, we have 17 bedrooms and sleeping accommodations for 40 guests.
