Great room with 2 reclining sofas and reclining rocker/glider and large smart TV on main level. WiFi throughout. 1 King on main level. 1 king/double futon and 1 queen on second level. 1 full and 1 twin over full in basement room. Large basement recreation room with large smart TV. Large deck overlooking Lake Keowee. Front porch with fans for a great quiet space.
Great for entertaining or watching the Clemson game! Clemson is only 15 minutes away! Access to lake from lower level. Awesome views. Short, gentle sloped walk to covered dock with boat slip for your use. Close to Gap Hill Landing/Marina. Two single kayaks are available. Fireplace not in use. Towels and linens included.

Great Family Vacation

What a great house! It was very clean, spacious for a large group. We loved the location on the lake with deep water and big dock to park the rental boat and jet ski. We had great communication with the home owner. Awesome place to stay.

Great Lakehouse for a Clemson Game!

Savannah’s house was great! We had a group of 13 clemson alumni and we all comfortably fit - the property was clean and as described. Definitely would stay again!

Great family getaway

This house was great for our 2 families. The access to the water was perfect (the marina is right there!). Jumping off the dock, roasting marshmallows, kayaking, everything was great. The kitchen had everything we needed and everything was clean. Great visit!

Beautiful Place !

Great location on Lake Keowee ! We had a wonderful time with our daughters and grandsons and enjoyed everyday. Close to my Alma Mater Clemson University.

A beautiful lakeside getaway with scenic views. The kitchen is well appointed and organized. Bedrooms are spacious and comfy. A perfect vacation stay!

Fantastic Place

We had such a wonderful time for our daughters graduation! The house was perfect; plenty of room for everyone! The big deck gave us wonderful views of the lake and enjoyed time on the dock !would highly recommend!

Clemson graduation

We rented this beautiful home for 3 nights so that we could attend our son’s graduation ceremony at Clemson but also have a great gathering space for our extended family. This home met all of our needs! The pictures and descriptions of the house are accurate. Plenty of space for our group of 11 adults and one child. We loved the view of the lake and the easy access to the water. I highly recommend this home!

Thanksgiving Week

We had a very relaxing week and appreciated everything! The house was wonderful and we really appreciated the amazing hospitality. We even cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner and the house had everything we needed. Thanks again for such a wonderful time.

Very enjoyable!

Property was as advertised. Very roomy with comfortable sofas and beds! Convenient location on Lake Keowee. We really enjoyed the covered boat dock for our boat and even to just hang out there and swim at the end of the dock! We also loved the outdoor upper deck for coffee in the mornings and late afternoons. The host was quick to respond to questions. I would definitely rent here again.

absolutely perfect stay, beautiful lake home, and very kind home owners!

We have nothing but great things to say about our stay and the memories made at this beautiful lake home! The home owners were incredibly kind and welcoming from the start and made everything so seamless for us throughout. The home was so beautiful all around and provided everything we could have ever asked for. I couldn’t thank them enough for having us in their lake house and making sure we were comfortable and taken care of with all of our needs. We will be coming back for more weekends as long as we can!

Lake Keowee 6mile boating log cabin

This is a beautiful log cabin. Very boat friendly. boat ramp easy in and out and marina very close by. Dock in good shape. Driveway can be negotiated with empty trailer with expertise for storage or can store up above on road. Bedrooms and kitchen were perfect for 3 couples. Beautiful place for lake vacation. Owner excellent and prompt communication.

Spectacular

In the area to attend Clemson graduation. What a beautiful setting. Excellent host. Great communication. Great amenities. Great view. Just perfect for us. 25 min ride to campus a very nice scenic ride. Worth driving back and forth not to have to pay the ridiculous hotel prices. And we were all together on a beautiful lake.

Lovely Log Home

This property has adequate space for several people. The living room was comfortable accesses the lakeside backyard. We utilized the firepit and the large gas grill. The dock was nice for our boat and tying our boards to. TThe eeekend for our stay, had heavy boat traffic making frequent waves and clouded the water a bit. On the weekdays, it was peaceful mostly and the water was clear. Our suggestions from a guest standpoint are: providing beach towels, grill tools, and allow left over foil/plastic wraps and spices to be available for the next guests. Overall, a lovely property and beautiful lake. Yes, we would stay here again.

Great Stay at Lake Keowee

We really enjoyed our stay here for a week in July. The cabin easily accommodated the two families in our party. All rooms were adequately furnished with the kitchen providing all the necessary appliances and utensils. We also utilized the gas grill which included plenty of propane and the outdoor fire pit. The cabin also has a theater style popcorn maker that the kids really enjoyed. The dock was in good shape and our 24’ boat fit in the covered portion perfectly. This dock could easily accept 3 boats at a time. We were able to launch at the marina about 1/4 mile away for $5; however, the ramp is not very steep and we had some difficulty getting the boat off the trailer. We ended up retrieving at Warpath Landing which was only amount a 10min drive away. While the paved walkway from the house to the dock/lake was somewhat steep, it was nice not having a bunch of steps to navigated like many other properties on the lake do. Communication with the property owner was easy and all or our questions were quickly answered. Overall, it is a great property overlooking and providing easy access to Lake Keowee.

Lake Retreat

This was our first lake family reunion—we usually go to the beach. We found our lake days delightful with lots of boating time and play together. The living areas both upstairs and downstairs offer ideal spots for relaxing at day’s end in the log cabin charm. We had 8 adults and 4 kids—but 2 teens are on the adult side size wise—so we had to get creative with sleep space. That’s on me, because when I read “maximum 13” I assumed it would have enough beds to comfortably accommodate everyone and didn’t study the actual bed arrangements listed. There are 2 kings: 1 on the main floor and a futon in the king room upstairs; 1 queen; 2 full, and one twin. The owners are wonderful. Anytime we had a question or problem, they responded immediately and were proactive to solve any issues. We really appreciated their generosity in sharing lake toys and home.

overall good

Nice home very cozy with nice covered dock and only a quarter mile from a landing/marina with gas pumps. Only downfall is the driveway is very very steep. Unless you have a little boat trailer you have to park it in the trees on the side of the road or pay to store it at the marina. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect week on the lake

Staying here for the week was just perfect. We had plenty of dock space to bring our boat and 2 jet skis. We took full advantage of the outdoor space. We roasted marshmallows one evening at the fire pit. Ours kids even took the kayaks that are on the property out on the lake to do some fishing. We also ate our dinners on the back deck and also just sat on the dock in the mornings and in the evenings. Communication with the owner was excellent. She always responded right away to any questions I had even before our stay. The cabin was very clean and nicely decorated. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of pantry space for groceries. In the evenings we relaxed in the living room and our teenaged kids were either downstairs in the lower level or out by the lake. Great location as well. 2 boat ramps and gas dock in the area. We definitely plan to stay here again next summer!

Great Getaway

This was a great getaway and tranquil view. The only thing I would say that isn't very clear is the steepness of the driveway and how to handle boat parking etc. Overall I loved it and the Owner was great with any questions we had. I would definitely use again.

Good location and layout for a large group, including young children. Outside deck area not clean, including table as well as lawn furniture. Ran out of hot water several nights. Inside could probably use a more thorough cleaning as well.
