ANIMAL FAMILIER!

Profitez de vacances reposantes avec votre famille dans cette magnifique maison au bord de l'eau avec une vue imprenable sur le lac Keowee.

Cette spacieuse maison de 3500+ pieds carrés avec 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain complètes dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert avec de très grandes fenêtres donnant sur le magnifique lac Keowee. Terrain en pente douce vers l'eau.

Le niveau principal dispose d'une chambre (lit queen) et d'une salle de bains avec douche à l'italienne, d'une grande buanderie, d'un grand coin salon (avec télévision à écran plat, lecteur DVD et radio), d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, d'un coin repas et d'une terrasse couverte avec un grill et un foyer.

L'étage a la chambre principale (lit queen) qui a une fenêtre en mezzanine donnant sur le coin salon inférieur. Aussi la salle de bain à cet étage a une grande baignoire à jets pour votre plaisir. Ce niveau a également son propre coin salon donnant sur le magnifique lac Keowee.

Le niveau inférieur comprend 2 chambres séparées et 1 salle de bains. Une chambre a deux lits superposés et l'autre a deux lits queen. Ce niveau a également son propre coin salon, avec un ordinateur et une table de billard parfaits pour les enfants ou les adolescents. Il y a aussi un grand quai dans lequel vous pourrez amarrer vos bateaux (si vous le souhaitez).

Le lac Keowee est situé au pied des magnifiques montagnes Blue Ridge. Les activités du lac incluent la natation, le canotage, la pêche, etc. et il y a des sentiers à couper le souffle pour faire de la randonnée dans la région.


L'université de Clemson est à seulement 25 minutes et la ville historique de Seneca est à 10 minutes.

• C'est une excellente location pour les matchs à domicile de Clemson Football et les grands événements comme les remises de diplômes.

Wonderful house right on the water! Interesting house layout, it would be a great setup for 2 families with a bunch of kids getting together. Definitely will be willing to stay there again!

We absolutely loved this house and have already booked it again. We had 6 adults and 3 teenagers staying there and it was perfect. This was the best stocked house we have had through a Vrbo. They had local farm fresh eggs, fresh fruit and snacks for us. We loved using the ping pong table and pool table. There were so many outside spaces including a huge screened in porch. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure that we had everything that we needed.

Very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. The spaces are large and accommodate a crowd. We so appreciated the snacks, fresh eggs and fruit. This was our 4th stay here and we will not go anywhere else. The canoe and kayaks were enjoyed by everyone. Very easy communication with our host.

Magnificent waterfront vistas

Truly panoramic view of the lake from numerous windows and decks. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Our Host spoiled us with fruit, farm fresh eggs, and numerous treats. So comfortable inside and out, well provisioned kitchen, and plenty of beds to choose from. Great communication, hope to return sometime.

Clemson game weekend stay

Great house for family attending Clemson-Citadel game. Plenty of beds for our group. We loved the lake views and some of our group even cold plunged and enjoyed the canoe. A great house!!!

Perfect destination for families and friends. Leena the host has stocked the house with everything you need and much more. Our kids couldn’t get enough time in the lake swimming and jumping from the dock. The home is a short ride to the Blue Ridge so we went hiking and swimming in the clear cool creeks. Thank you for ALL the attention you have given to making our stay so comfortable and wonderful.

Perfect lake getaway

This was our second time staying here and we would definitely go back again! The house is well stocked with everything you need and had plenty of room for our group. The dock is great for swimming in the lake or parking a boat and the kids enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table. Overall a great stay!

Our second year to have a summer family gathering at this home. Perfect for our needs!We noted the owners’ care for the place through little improvements from the previous year including a brand new propane grill. Every dinner we made was done on it! Just can’t beat the convenience of the covered boat slip a few steps away.

This house provided us with a perfect stay for a gameday weekend. Check in/out process was very convenient and the view of the lake was amazing. The free snacks were a nice touch too. Also, the cleaning lady Fay came as we were leaving and she was such a pleasure to talk to.

Perfect spot on the lake!

Large, very well equipped lakefront house with spectacular views! Pet friendly!!Big driveway and garage.The special snacks and fruit provided by the host were very thoughtful and appreciated! We brought our boat and the dock was very nice. (Put the boat in at the Cane Creek boat ramp, just a short drive). We had a great vacation and would def stay there again!
