Cette belle maison personnalisĂ© (3600 mÂČ, construit en 2005) est assez proche de Atlanta (1 3/4 heures) et Greenville (45 minutes), encore isolĂ© sur un grand terrain de points avec 220 pieds de façade sur le lac dans une crique en eau profonde pacifique (22 pieds au large de fin de quai Ă  la piscine de lac plein) avec de grandes vues de l'eau. Il est l'endroit idĂ©al pour un groupe d'anciens Clemson ou une famille Ă  la recherche d'un endroit pour passer des vacances sur le lac Hartwell.

Situé dans un quartier calme à cÎté Creek Landing Martin, Université de Clemson (4 miles), de nombreuses activités et des équipements sont commodes. Il ya de nombreux restaurants, boutiques et activités pour profiter dans les 10 minutes en voiture.

The host was very responsive and our stay allowed for an early check-in, which was nice because we were coming from NH and landing on the earlier side. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay for our daughter's Clemson graduation. The house was big enough for us to host some family but still allowed enough space for people to sneak off for some quiet time. It had everything we needed whether staying in to cook or catering. The lake front views are a wonderful bonus.

My family of 12 stayed for the weekend of my daughter’s Clemson ring ceremony. The house was exactly what we needed. It had plenty of room and we enjoyed the fire pit at night. It’s one of the most comfortable homes we’ve ever stayed in and will definitely book it again in the future.

The boat dock is awesome to swim off of for everyone and the house is well stocked and spacious. Great host family, very communicative and helpful.

This house couldn’t be in a better spot—super easy to get to campus for the game or to meet up with our Clemson student. It was the ideal setup for bringing together friends and alumni from both teams. Tons of space to relax, enjoy the lake, and celebrate before and after the game. Great mix of comfort, location, and tailgate vibes—highly recommend for football weekends or family visits!

Our family had a wonderful stay visiting our Clemson student to celebrate her birthday and to go to the football game! The house is very well equipped with comfy, large living space, large stocked kitchen and lots of comfortable beds for our family! We brought our boat and spent lots of time on the large dock and enjoyed the paddleboard and kayaks!

We had such a great time at this lake house. It was the perfect place for our group—super close to Clemson so getting to and from campus was easy, but also a great hangout spot on its own. We spent a ton of time on the dock and around the fire pit. There’s plenty of space both inside and out, and everything was super comfortable and well set up. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a fun, relaxing place near the lake and the university.

Family, Friends & Football!

The perfect home to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday with family and friends. Great kitchen for cooking and comfortable dining areas for gathering. Playing games and sitting around the fire pit was awesome. Convenient to Clemson making attending the football game easy.

Fantastic time at the lake

Had a wonderful week on Lake Hartwell at this property. Two adults and three kids, and we all had a blast. The house is spacious with plenty of room, and very kid friendly. Jeff was very responsive to a couple questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our time at the lake. The house was great-, but my one suggestion would be to add another fridge- for our large group and a week's stay, another fridge would have been helpful for drinks...The house is big and easily accommodated our group of 14. And the dock was the perfect place to play, swim, paddleboard...Great vacay at the lake.

Clemson University visit

The property is beautiful and the home was extremely clean. It was easy for my children to get Ubers to and from downtown Clemson University, even late at night. We came down for the week to enjoy two football games and the stay couldn’t have been more perfect!

Labor Day Weekend

We had an awesome stay at the home. Location is excellent. The dock is awesome and is on deep water. The Master suite is incredible. The house is well kept, open and great for entertaining. The owners are very responsive. We had a wonderful visit and would like to visit again next year.

Beautiful house on the lake

The owners answered any questions promptly, I asked them for an earlier check in because we flew in red eye, Jeff got right back to me and had no problem with us checking int early. Everything was perfect! So much room in the house and we enjoyed sitting on the deck daily. There was 3 couples and my adult son staying at the house 5 days 4 nights

Excellent Property

We really can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay and the week we had playing in the lake. The house is extremely stocked with kitchen items, linens, towels, chairs, etc. We were very comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and stores are close enough. If I had one negative about the property would be the lack of garbage cans. It would be nice if there could be four total cans, two for the previous guest and two for the incoming guest, since the trash doesn't run until Tuesday mornings.

Just like home

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lake house for my daughter’s graduation from Clemson. The house was so comfortable and felt just like being at home, with plenty of space and thoughtful touches throughout. The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful, always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The highlight of the property was definitely the lake view – every window in the living room and kitchen offered a beautiful, serene view of the water. It was the perfect backdrop for relaxing and spending time with family.We also had a great time enjoying the fire pit, roasting marshmallows, and making s’mores in the evening. The peaceful setting and cozy atmosphere made it an ideal place to unwind and celebrate such a special occasion.We would highly recommend this lake house to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with stunning views and exceptional hospitality. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate!

Very Nice Place - Great Time

We had a small group in town for a Clemson football game and lake day after. The property is very well kept and met our every need for comfort and socializing. But even better, the location really sets it apart. Besides being a beautiful spot on the lake, the dock itself is high quality and the boating we did (we rented) was a ton of fun. Great views of the Clemson campus are only a 5 minute boat ride away, and heading south are huge open areas of water to ski/tube, or just ride around. The lake is very very nice. Finally, the owners were readily available to help if needed, and were very easy to deal with. We didn't actually need them for anything though, everything was exactly as advertised. Our group would definitely recommend this property. First class!
