Resort-like La Quinta Home w/amazing pool/spa & so much more (30+ day)

Hi. My name is John. Given the crazy year we've had in 2020, we purchased this beautiful property to give ourselves a break from the "city". Unfortunately our little one has gotten car sick on our 2 trips out... something we did not foresee. So we are waiting until she gets a bit older to test the waters again...

This is our first go at short term rentals. Both my wife and I are seasoned veterans with long term (annual +) rental property. To that end and our aim to please has probably gone a bit overboard. We not only provide the "essentials", but offer reasonable customizations on a per-guest basis, such as toiletries, snacks, wines, small appliances, gaming systems... things to make our home feel like your home.

Our first guest initially booked our home for just under 3 months. Upon meeting with them on the second day of their stay, all they could say is "wow... and thank you". After 1 week, they increased their stay to 5 months. Given we just started this adventure and our first guest is there for another 4 months explains the lack of reviews. I can assure you we will not disappoint you as we want this to be a memorable experience and not just walls and a roof.

We call our home Los Angeles -- full of hustling and bustling as well as the constant melodies of car horns, freeways and piles of people. We fell in love with this home as it is in one of our favorite cities (La Qunita) and is amazingly peaceful. You can literally sit inside, leave the back door open, and enjoy the tranquility of the water features in the background.

The home is completely updated both in appearance and features including dim-able lights throughout, 4 zones of speakers including outside, smart TVs for all your favorite shows, high speed internet, a chef's kitchen if you love cooking, a built-in BBQ if you love grilling, a perfect sized spa for those cold desert nights along with a fire pit and fireplace -- and a pool for the warm days. Other than food, little reason to leave if you want to unwind.

The home includes a "den/office" is a separate room -- great for reading a book, meditation, yoga, or doing a little work -- but only a little :) We include a laptop and printer for guest convenience -- of course you can bring your own as well and connect to the high-speed wifi.

My wife, more than I, is very well traveled and has stayed at many 5-star hotels during her career. She has spoiled me with several vacations also at 5-star resorts. We have tried to bring some of those niceties to our home. For example, we provided a nearly full pantry for our first guests. They love to cook as do we... so we included a good number of items allowing them to stay home for relaxing evenings. Also given their love for cuisine, we provided a complete list of surrounding markets and the benefits of each... for example the best places for meats, seafoods, vegetables, etc.. We topped it off by providing both premium and just under 20 bottles of complimentary wines -- customized to their particular tastes. Lastly we provided a list of things to do... for them, golf, tennis and spas were their passions.
