The county is currently conducting a beach renourishment project along portions of the shoreline that is expected to affect stays up until May, with possible minor extension into May due to weather delays. As crews move section by section, temporary equipment and sand pumping operations may be visible near this property. The work is temporary and helps strengthen and protect the beach and dunes, and nearby beach access is generally available around active work zones.

The Slow M'Ocean Beach Oasis offers over 2000 square feet of living space to enjoy and provides plenty of room for family and friends to enjoy if they visit. The large family room features plenty of seating featuring a large sectional couch, smart TV with YouTube TV and Amazon Fire TV access, DVR, and access to the large fenced yard. The beautifully updated kitchen provides all your cooking essentials and features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and everything you'll need to prepare meals at home. The large dining area offers a picnic-style dining room table with additional seating at the kitchen counter for 4. A full bath is located off the dining room and offers a walk-in shower, perfect for washing the sand from your toes.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and smart TV and is located just outside the dining room. The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom 2 twins. The 2nd full bath features a tub/shower.

The Slow M'Ocean Beach Oasis is very well equipped and provides WiFi, gas bar-b-que grill, board games, toys for the visiting grandchildren, all linens are provided, and a large laundry room with full-size washer/dryer (additional refrigerator, not available for use). For those that enjoy the beach, this home provides beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels, boogies boards, and a beach cart to pull to the beach access at the end of the road. Two bicycles are also available for use so you can take in the sights as you peddle around town. Please note this home does not have a landline. 1-car garage.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the Slow M'Ocean Beach Oasis is only minutes from shopping, dining, and all that New Smyrna Beach has to offer. It's the perfect location for your winter escape!

​​​​​​​The Canaveral National Seashore, one of the finest national seashore parks in the country, is only 2-miles south of the Ocean Walk complex. Also within a short drive south is the Bethune parking featuring a fishing pier, tennis and basketball courts, beach volleyball court, and playground. JB's fish camp is nearby offering some of the best fresh seafood in town. Kayak rentals and paddleboard tours are also available at JB's.

Shopping and dining are a must while in New Smyrna Beach. One-of-a-kind restaurants and boutiques can be found within a short drive on 3rd Avenue, Flagler Avenue, and Historic Canal Street. Art galleries can be found throughout town making New Smyrna one of the best small art towns in the country.

The Marine Discover Center can be found nearby and has spent over 20 years informing guests about the amazing biodiversity of the Indian River Lagoon. They offer amazing boat and kayak tours as well as some great educational summer camps for kids.

History is rich in New Smyrna Beach with many historic sites as well as the New Smyrna Beach Museum, Sugar Mill Ruins, and the Eldora House at the Canaveral National Seashore. All a must-see for history enthusiasts.

For those looking to enjoy the water, New Smyrna Beach offers all types of water sports to enjoy. New Smyrna Beach is home to some of the best saltwater and freshwater fishing in the area. Since New Smyrna Beach is located on a barrier island the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon make it an angler's dream come true. Fishing charters are available and local captains are sure to put you on the fish.

Paddleboard and kayak rentals and tours are also available through several local vendors and will provide those visiting the area with a first-hand look at the local wildlife such as manatees, dolphins, and pelicans!

Surfing in New Smyrna Beach is some of the best in Florida. National Geographic has recognized it as "one of the world's top 20 surf towns" and offers some of the best swells on the east coast. Surfboards can be rented at many of the local surf shops so grab a board and hit the water!
