Great place and location for a large family!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is older but beds had great mattresses and the place was very clean. Very spacious with a large back yard , a screened in porch, plenty of room for a large family!! It was a one minute walk to the beach. We would love to stay here again

Quaint, older home near the beach

There was great communication with Martha Murray’s rentals. Check in was very quick and easy. The home was an older one but very close to the ocean. The enclosed porch was our favorite place to “hang out”. One bedroom didn’t have an air conditioner which was odd and the carpets could use a cleaning. Overall we were very pleased with the house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage had lots of room with a porch and lots of room for a family. The only suggestion I would have is it would be nice to have a small towel rack in each bathroom. Also the lights in the bathrooms are 8 feet off the floor. No light near the mirror to shave or check makeup Other than that everything was great.

Location! Location! Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stay was wonderful. This home was a few hundred yards from the beach and within a 30 minutes to attractions and shopping. The neighborhood was quiet. House was clean, comfortable and well- appointed though furnishings were dated. Especially loved porch and backyard. Note: besides no washer/dryer, there is no dishwasher. The mgmt. company was very responsive to our issue of no hot water and resolved within a few hours.

Raycroft Pkwy 12 would not stay again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the ceilings had mold in the bedrooms and the blinds were broken. The one in the bathroom upstairs was broken where the neighbors could look in while you were taking a shower. The kitchen was clean but they had this closet where the the cookie sheets and other pans were that smelt bad, did not use any of that. The front door did not lock from the outside. The house needs updating. I would stay there again, too much. Very tiny area on the beach. Martha murray rentals was very, very nice people and very helpful. Would not hesitate renting something from them again.

Annual family Cape Trip

This was a wonderful home with large yard for fun activities. Walking Distance to a small neighborhood beach perfect for the little ones. Close to everything while still be off the busy path. Thank you!
