Adorable ranch house on a quiet cul-de-sac near wine country. Fast WiFi (500+mbps), TV w/RoKu, indoor/outdoor dining, gas grill, fire pit, full kitchen, dishwasher. Central air conditioning and heating. Refinished wood and LVP floors throughout. Driveway parking - 2 spots. Professionally managed and cleaned using local businesses. Pets allowed - fee applies.

Access/Privacy
This is a single family home and no one else lives on the property. Keyless check-in and check-out. Privacy screen fence around back patio. Large fully fenced yard for doggos to run.

NOTES:
-If bringing pet/pets, must pay pet fee during booking or before arrival.
-There are a few steps to the entrances.
-There are exterior security cameras: The backyard camera is turned OFF during your stay. The front yard camera monitors 24/7.
-Smoking allowed outside only.
-Primary booking person must be 26+ years of age. Max 5 humans allowed overnight.
-Purchase trip insurance. No refunds are available for last minute cancellations.

This is a very cozy and comfortable house. The host was very responsive and kind, we had everything we needed. Very dog friendly. The house is not in an upscale area of Grand Junction, that is only negative comment. We really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and peaceful and I would recommend this house if visiting Grand Junction.

This is a great little house. Way more room than we actually needed but I am glad I booked it. It’s in a super quiet little neighborhood and not far from anything that you would want or need. I was very pleasantly surprised by the fully fenced yard, as we traveled with our two frenchies. They really enjoyed being able to run around and get some exercise. Everything was comfortable and cozy and I would definitely book again.

Great Location

We would stay here again the next time we go to visit our son. He was literally 3 minutes away. Neighborhood was quiet and the yard was fenced in which made it nice for our son's dog to hang out with us. The patio was private and we even got to see a hummingbird nesting! The inside was nicely decorated and clean and had everything we needed for our stay, including sleep masks. That was a great touch. Check in and out was simple and when I had a question they got back to me in a timely manner.

Cute and Cozy!

My friends and I had a great time staying at the rustic retreat! It was in a convenient location and the neighborhood was quiet. The only “hiccup” we had was when we realized that one bed was smaller than the rest (I believe a twin vs the Queens), which is on us, and if I’m being nit picky the house could’ve used a bit more dusting. This didn’t affect our stay, however, and was overall very comfortable! We definitely enjoyed having a grill as well!

A peaceful refuge

We were in town for my mom's funeral and we hoped to find a place where we could relax before, during, and after the hectic gather of family and friends that such an event brings. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt at peace. This lovely retreat was decorated so tastefully and I felt a calmness right away. The owners put a lot of thought into little details that I appreciated like the motion sensor lights that come on under the counters in the kitchen when I made my way for early morning coffee. This was a great find.

Great GJ Home Away from Home

Came in for my daughter’s college graduation with the family. We typically stay at a hotel but this was such a better deal AND we had the ability to make good coffee every morning. Great place, will likely stay again when she graduates again next year.
