Welcome to your home away from home! This contemporary townhome was fully remodeled with functionality in mind! You will love the clean minimalist design with big functionality packed into this unit! Enjoy the Colorado sunshine in your private, fully fenced patio with BBQ grill, outdoor dining and pet-friendly Astro turf. Cooking is a breeze in your fully stocked kitchen. High end finishes throughout. Upgraded memory foam mattresses and deluxe pillows for a good nights rest. Central air conditioning keeps you cool in the summer time. Pets allowed for an additional $20/night pet fee, up to 2 pets MAX.

Centrally located to all activities the Grand Valley has to offer: CMU, Colorado National Monument, mountain biking, hiking, Fruit and Wine Byway, and much more.

Step into the main level living room with comfortable seating, large-screen TV and board games for entertainment. Enjoy cooking in the fully stocked kitchen and eating in the adjacent dining area. Sliding door off the dining area leads to a fully fenced private patio. The main level also includes the convenience of a 1/2 bath.

Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Bedroom 1 includes king sized memory foam mattress with a sliding door leading to a private balcony with seating. Black out curtains are provided for the sliding door. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen sized memory foam bed with black out blinds.

Onsite free shared laundry facilities, located at the end of the building in the laundry room. Laundry detergent is provided for you during your stay. A large parking lot provides room for 3 off-street parking spots per unit.

Central Air conditioning, Roku smart TV for access to all the major apps AND access to local channels with spectrum TV, Upgraded Wifi (1 gig) for quick internet connections.

Safeway/Starbucks, liquor store, and gas station 1 block away. Iconic Graff Dairy ice cream parlor right down the street. Berna B's breakfast in the Safeway shopping center (buffet breakfast on weekends)

3 miles to Colorado Mesa University, Saint Mary's Medical Center, and Downtown Grand Junction.

Pets welcome for an additional $20/night pet fee, up to 2 pet MAX.

Home away from home! Nancy and Rebecca thought of everything! We had everything we needed to cook and serve food down to oil and spices. The pur water carafe, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and laundry detergent were unexpected and appreciated. They even had dog biscuits and poop bags (even though we didn't bring along our furry friends;) we will absolutely be staying with them again. Communication was super responsive. Everything was clean. There's a Safeway a couple blocks away. Five minutes to CMU. Ten minutes to the amphitheatre and downtown. Easy access to Hwy 50 and 70. I can't say enough nice things about this quaint condo and amazing hosts. Definitely worth every penny.

Very minimalistic but was ok. Downfall was our bed was literally in the closet, difficult to get in and out with a cast on my hand. No dresser, chair, tv, or closet in our bedroom. The main bedroom was good except no tv either. It worked for our short trip and it was very clean and well maintained.

The townhome is beautifully decorated and was clean from top to bottom when we arrived. Everything we needed was available and the hosts were extremely responsive when we had any questions. The fire pit and corn hole boards provided for enjoyable evenings. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms are very roomy! More space than we expected. Thank you for a memorable trip!
