Disappointed

I was very disappointed to see the neighborhood and state of the outside of the property. The yard is weeds and dirt with broken bottles and glass. Roaches outside at night. There is a reason there are no outside pictures on the listing. The bathroom faucet does not drain well and sends a sewer smell. The sheets are poor quality and not cotton. The swamp cooler or cooling unit is loud and wakes you up every time it kicks on. The neighbors caged dogs next to the fence bark every time you go into the yard continuously. We were happy to leave.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations, and we understand your frustrations. We’re currently working with a local team to improve landscaping, to create a more welcoming outdoor space. Your comments reinforce the importance of this effort, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We're also addressing the other issues you mentioned, including the bathroom drainage, linens, and cooling unit noise. We do have an Inspection team that inspects the property after each guest and walks the property, and they did not see any bottles or broken glass. We do have a scheduled monthly maintenance pest control that visits the property every month, and the sheets are a commercial cotton blend. Your feedback helps us identify where we need to focus, and we take it seriously. As for the neighboring dogs, while that’s unfortunately outside of our control, we understand how that could be disruptive and will explore solutions to minimize the impact on our guests. We would have loved to have heard from you during your stay about these frustrations. We would have been happy to find you an alternative stay. We truly regret that your stay was not more comfortable and are committed to making improvements, so future guests have a better experience. Thank you again for your honest feedback.
