WATER SLIDE & POOL ** SUGAR SHACK**

It’s welcoming and a completely remodeled cottage. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master has a king size bed and an on-suite full bathroom! The house comfortably sleeps 8 people (6 adults maximum). We also have the property behind and beside this that is also for rent (Mermaid Vibes 3 bedrooms 2 baths, wimpy’s Whereabouts 3 bedroom 2 bath, and Sugarcane Hideaway 3 bedrooms 2 bath all are completely remodeled as well) if you’re interested in having multiple family stay during your vacation! You must sign a pool liability waiver if you stay with us that relieves the homeowner of any responsibility of injuries or death that could occur on the property.

Essentials are provided: Sheets for all beds, bathroom towels, pool/beach towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 pool of paper towels, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 laundry tablets, liquid dish soap, and 1 hand soap per bathroom.

Great stay we will be back!

We loved the sugar shack. The pool and common area was much bigger than we expected. Very clean and had everything we needed. We will be back!

A Nice Place - Lots of Room

The house was very nice. The shared back yard was terrific. Even met a few people while lounging around the pool. We visited in Feb/Mar and did not expect to be able to use the pool, but the pool was heated :) Great location, close to shopping and dining and golf and Lecom Park

Adorable and cozy cottage w heated pool

The owner decorated this place nicely! She went to extra lengths to add extra detergent pods and extra dishwashing pods. The outside had a gated area for my dog and another gated area around the pool w a putting green. It was so cute and very safe.

Spring Training

We came from Jersey to get away from the cold and to watch some spring training baseball. Everything about the house and property was great! The 19 and 20 year old loved the pool, putt putt and cornhole. It was the perfect rental. Communication was literally a text away and they responded asap. We will definitely be back for one of the rental properties.

The Pink House

The pink house is what my 4 year old would say was perfect. My teenage son played at IMG for a tournament so the whole family came. We wanted something we all could enjoy but close enough to everything. We drove into Anne Marie island for a day very easy drive. Eight minutes to IMG. Host was easy to deal with. I would stay again.

Great cottage near beach

Cute cottage with awesome pool in back yard. About 30 minute drive to Anna Maria Island. Close to all amenities. Pet friendly. TV's had Max, Netflix etc. You can rent 1 or all 3 cottages that surround the shared inground pool. We really enjoyed our time there!

I STAY IN THIS AMAZING PLACE FOR A SOCCER TOURNAMENT, THE POOL AMAZING, THE MINI GOLF COURSE!!!! JUST BE AWARE TO FILL OUT THE PAPERWORK BEFORE ARRIVAL, AND THE POOL IS SHARE WITH OTHER HOUSES AROUND. 100% RECOMMENDED

Excellent outdoor pool area, adorable cottage

We had a great experience in the "little pink house" for a family vacation. Everything we needed was stocked in the home, outdoor area was great for the R & R we were looking for. Host was always available for questions. We will be back!

Great family rental

This cottage wad perfect for our needs during our trip to Florida. Everything was clean, organized, comfortable. The hosts made check in process super convenient and easy. The pool area and patio was maintained beautifully. It was a pleasure being able to stay here. I only wish I could have stayed longer!

Florida vacation

This house was conveniently located within a few miles of everything we planned to do on our vacation. Less than 10 min to Anna Maria Island/Holmes beach area and super close to grocery shopping and other necessities during our stay. Casey was very prompt at responding and answering any questions we had before and during our stay. The pool area was relaxing and our kids enjoyed the slide.

Great trip

We really enjoyed this rental. Kids had a great time in backyard which had a great pool and putting green. Lots of places to sit and relax. We were able to bring our boat and park it in the driveway. Comes with everything you’d need for a trip to the beach. Also, dog friendly. We’ll definitely be back.

Loved pool time

We so enjoyed the shared pool and large attached yard( had several yard tournaments(girls rule!). The yard needed a little work but owner informed me it is being updated this summer. Kitchen was nice ( if you like to cook you may want to bring along a few of your own utensils). All and all I wish I was still there!

Great stay, super cute place!

Easy to book, check in & check out! The place is so cute, was very clean, and a perfect getaway spot! Would definitely go back! The pool is shared with other houses, so just know that going into it.

Sugar Shack

The property was still in the process of renovations when we stayed at the house. The internet/cable would work during the day but was intermittent at night. The house was in a convenient location. Unfortunately, we did not get to use the beautiful pool due to the weather. The yard was fenced which was perfect for our dog. We would stay there again in the future.
