Beautiful condo right on the lake! Located in Southwood Shores.

This unit is the perfect getaway! Located right on the lake. Wonderful covered porch equipped with table, chairs and a gas grill. You can walk across the sidewalk right off of the porch and throw your pole in the lake to fish.We also have a boat slip if you want to bring your boat.This unit has been recently updated with fresh paint, new carpet, and new granite countertops in the kitchen.

We had a great weekend. This is a nice condo on the water. The place was clean and pretty roomy. The host, Robin, was very communicative and quick to respond. I recommend this condo.

Great Location. Only thing is the 2nd bedroom bed was very hard to sleep in since hard and not comfortable soo maybe bring an extra air matress. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and all the amenities. Would definitely recommend.

Great place!

Had a great time this past weekend . The location of the condo cannot be beat. Was great to wake up every morning and have coffee on the deck and watch the boats going out. Robin was great with communication, and responded to any questions that we had. Will definitely add this to our list of places to stay when we visit again.

Pool was enjoyable. My wife vacuumed the whole condo, upon arrival picking up lots of dirt and depree also cleaned spots off carpet. Had to clean oven before using it. Also had to clean fridge. Probably not cleaned after prior people were there.The host was excellent. Also no hair dryer.

This was a great location. Family friendly .The price was a bit high and I’ve seen condos that were far better stocked. We couldn’t even find a bottle of ketchup. Overall it was a positive experience

Great place to stay. Ground floor with dock access feet away. Owner was very responsive to questions. Will definitely stay here again.

Right away we felt the online pics didn't do the place justice. Very cute/clean condo. Family loved it. Well stocked with clear instructions for the stay. Good amenities on the grounds and close to additional fun Lake options. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

Nice Condo

The condo was nice and had everything I needed. Access to lake, marina, and swimming was awesome. Building and condo numbering was confusing especially when on lake side. (Which stairs will be near my condo?)

Loved the location but needs updating and repairs

We loved the location, I mean we were right on the water! Was great for fishing and we loved the pool and all the people were so nice around there! The master bedroom was a perfect size for me and the husband. The bed was a little more firm than we’re used to but not the worst. However that 2nd bedroom the mattress was practically a mattress topper (maybe 4 inches thick)! It needs replaced and the box springs as well, my daughter said it felt like the one side of the bed was broken so she kept rolling towards that side in the middle of the night, the last few nights she slept on the couch the bed was that uncomfortable! The kitchen was just a little outdated but done the job for the little cooking we did there. The ice machine was broken though!

Relaxing and peaceful

I am a retired veteran. Both of my boys are officers in the United States Airforce. It was absolutely wonderful to be able to spend time with them. Don't know when we shall be able to do this again. Thank you for your support.

Our Lake stay ...

Our host Robin had a very well stocked condo!!! Everything you could think of was already there (except trash bags). The location was right on the water...we walked 4 steps and could throw in our fishing pole (which she also had onhand to borrow if you needed). The condo was decorated very nicely! She even had games onhand to play and pool stuff we could borrow. Also had a washer/dryer in the unit! The only negatives I would give are the bathrooms weren't very clean, the floors weren't swept and the toilet in the main bedroom was dirty when we got there. And there is an awful lot of stairs to take to get to the unit (although that isnt the hosts fault, but necessary to get the waterfront condo) just tiring trekking up and down the stairs everytime we left/got back. Will definitely stay here when we visit the lake again!!!

Disappointed

Disappointed with owner for not telling me about boat trailer parking. I parked in a lot with other boat trailers, not knowing that renters are not allowed to park their trailers on Southwood Shores property. There are no signs to inform renters to not park in the lot or the risk of being removed. My trailer was towed offsite and impounded. I have stayed in other condos around the lake and parked my trailer in their lot for free. I payed over half what I spent renting the condo to get my trailer back. As for the condo, just your normal 30 year old condo with no view of the lake. All you can see from the deck is the boats in their slips. I will not be back to Southwood Shores.
