The neighborhood is quiet, the house, overall was nice and clean. The ac filter vent on the ceiling needs a good cleaning and around the pool area the floor needs a good pressure washing.

Family reunion

My family and I had a wonderful time staying in your home . We got to see family we haven't seen in years . Our children swam day and night rain or shine . We made so many memories. We definitely plan on making this kind of trip every year ..thank you again for having us at your home

Great house and location

The location was ideal! In a neighborhood so felt safe and close to many things but mostly the venue area I was there for. House was clean and had all you needed. My only suggestion would be inform the host if arriving late to turn on outside light for you bc street and house was very dark.

okay property the host was Nonresponsive to any of my question.

VRBO sends us an email with a checking passcode. When we arrive at the property, the host changes the passcode without updating us, and we sit outside for 45 minutes before we get in touch with anyone.Upon arrival, I requested an early check, but the host never responded with yes or no. I was a little confused

Loved the house. I cannot complain about anything. We loved the pool area and spent a lot of time out there. Rhi replied in timely measure. I definitely recommend and would stay here again I felt completely safe here as well Thanks again Cheers Peg and Steve

Pool area could have been alittle cleaner and chairs need to be updated. But in side was great.carpets need to be cleaned not from us. We did enjoy our stay thank you

Nice House

Family stayed for a month here in January 2024. House is very nice and clean. Only wish the extra broken chairs and rusted out grill were gone. Garage needed organized and cleaned too. I don’t regret being in this house at all. My family and I had a nice month.

We mostly were outside in pool area. Needs a little TLC outside around pool area. Screen still ripped from storm 5 months prior. In was clean inside home but few stains on couch and area rugs. All the amenities one would need in kitchen.

Hurricane hit before my stay.

I booked this property for a baseball tournament for my son, the Monday before we left on Wednesday Hurricane was set to make landfall. I tried to contact the property twice because it was past my refund date and got no response. I had to contact VRBO to talk to someone about the cancellation policy and was told a natural disaster qualifies for a refund. I contacted the property again with this info and still nothing, the day I was supposed to arrive also the day IAN made landfall the property contacted me with all of my property info. I then turned around and again asked about the refund in which was told I had to have VRBO contact them for any information, VRBO has contacted them through voicemail as well as email and I still have no response from the property.

Nice place to stay

My girlfriend and I stayed here for three nights over labor day weekend to get a mini vacation from our hectic work schedules. The house was really clean and well kept. The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare a basic meal and the bed was comfortable. The only thing we were a bit disappointed in was that we couldn't use the pool. The pool water was extremely hot (literally steaming) when we arrived Friday afternoon. I'm guessing a previous guest cranked up the pool heater to the max setting and forgot to turn it down upon checkout, and went unnoticed before our stay. I turned off the pool heater but it never cooled off enough for us to be able to enjoy it during our stay. I called Rhi and she was very sweet and apologetic. She offered to let us switch to another one of her nearby rental properties, but we really liked this house and chose to stay here. I would give 4.5 stars if VRBO would allow it because we really enjoyed our stay otherwise and had a lot of fun exploring southwest Florida.

Absolutely perfect!

The home was perfectly decorated, just as the photos show. It was comfortable and had everything that we needed. The neighborhood was quiet, yet close to where we wanted to be. Unfortunately due to the weather we weren’t able to take advantage of the pool, but hopefully next time we will. We definitely plan to stay there again in the future!

Amazing Cape Coral getaway

The house was great but the best part was the lanai and pool! We swam almost everyday. The house is in a great area close to stores and restaurants! The kitchen was pretty well stocked if you plan to do any cooking. An excellent vacation for my cousins and I. I’d recommend putting a chair before the stairs of the pool if you are a little bit unsteady as their is no railing.

Our Cape Coral Trip

We are from Tennessee and needed a change of scenery. So we decided on a Florida vacation. This was our first time in the area. The stay was great! House was clean, convenient, and so pretty and roomy. My grandchildren loved the heated pool, better than the beach, lol. We had all we needed available. She thought of everything! Loved it and plan to come back again!
