Nice condo in Branson

The condos location was excellent. We did enjoy our stay. Great for a family. The water pressure was not good at all and carpets needed cleaning but overall a good rental.

What a beautiful condo and sunroom! It’s location is convenient to the strip and across the street from the indoor pool. We will definitely stay here again!!

Great place

We had 4 kids ranging in ages 11-5 and this condo fit our needs perfectly! There was plenty of space to spread out, the rooms were great sizes, and the overall stay was lovely. We will be returning in the future!

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient

We arrived just after hours, and check in was a breeze! The property was clean and very comfortable for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The sunroom overlooking the golf course was beautiful, and access to the pool was just across the street, as was a tasty restaurant! The location was incredibly convenient to anything we wanted to do with easy access to the main road to see things just off the beaten path. I would definitely book this property again if returning to Branson!

Christmas 2022

This property was AWESOME in our 9-year-old granddaughter's words. Along with five adults, we had plenty of room to be together or spread out. The sunroom was a good place to play games in the evenings. It was close to eating places and entertainment. We really enjoyed our visit.

It is in a great location and has elevator access (this is why we stayed here), but it needs updating-especially in the upstairs bed/bath. We had a great trip, but would not stay in this unit until it is updated.

Nice with one big exception

I booked this unit because it had 3 bathrooms and there were 3 of us in Branson for a girls getaway. With 3 bathrooms we could all get ready at the same time right? Wrong. The water pressure was so low only one shower could be taken at a time. Might as well have been a one bathroom unit. So disappointed. Other than that it was a nice unit in a good location.

A Perfect Family Getaway!

Beautiful condo & exactly as described! The location was perfect—We walked to The Village for shopping & coffee at Sugar Leaf Bakery, walked across the street for both miniature golf & a delicious Italian dinner at Florentina’s, and our adult daughter & 15-year-old son walked to many other places! Although a challenging course, our son enjoyed golfing at Thousand Hills, and on the days he didn’t play 18, he was able to walk over for some putting & chipping. The condo is very spacious and the view from the Sunroom is beautiful! Our only complaint would be the indoor pool—While it was convenient, located directly across from the condo, my daughter & I opted to spend a couple hours at an outdoor pool located at one of their other properties. Another plus was the elevator which was perfect for my dad who uses a cane for walking—the stairs were not an option for him! We will definitely return to this property when visiting Branson in the future!

Spring break 24

Nice enough condo- swirling lacking in being stopped for four nights and five days. Two towels in the master bath for two people and five days. Two towels in the upstairs bedroom, and four towels in the secondary bedroom on the lower level we called and requested towels the morning after we checked in never got any. This swimming pool was less inadequate. It was dirty. There were no pool towels at the clubhouse every day that we were there, there were no spatulas there were not really enough glasses or cups for six people even with dishwashing. It was hard to keep enough dishes. Kitchen was just very disorganized. Purchase tickets for one of the shows in the area could’ve went direct and save $65 the place would’ve been OK but the service was awful and then they turned our entry to the condo off that morning at 8:15 and we had two people who didn’t even speak English standing outside the door with a baby waiting for us to leave like I said the condo wasn’t bad. The service was terrible.

Branson stay-Not terrible but could be better

First impression of the place was great. Clean, set up nicely, and great location. The longer we were there the more we started to notice things that could be improved. Several light bulbs were out, toilet in the master bath had to be manually fixed under the toilet tank lid several times because it kept running and would never fill the tank. When looking at it, there was electrical tape wrapped around the flapper chain that kept it from closing and prevented the tank from filling. Our unit had 3 bathrooms which was nice but we never could use the upstairs shower if anyone else was showering because there wasn't enough water pressure. The listing stated our rental included free mini golf. When we called the office to try to get the tickets, we were told they were no longer doing that. I reminded them that we just rented the place 2 days prior to arrival but they stated they didn't know why that info was still in the listing and they were not going to honor it, even though it was in the listing. Disappointing and surprising that they wouldn't make good on it when it would be such an easily remedied situation and it was their fault the listing hadn't been updated. Some landscaping that appeared to be large bushes/small trees had been removed at some point near our unit and was thrown up against the side of an adjacent garage. We ignored it thinking it must have just been pulled out and would be hauled away. 5 days later it was still there. Will try a new place next time.

Great place for a reunion of Friends.

Property was quiet and easy access to many attractions. Walked to very nice Italian restaurant short drive to groceries. Highly recommend the property.
