There is an additional $150 fee to heat the pool and spa.

Daily housekeeping and/or private chef available for an additional cost.

A $750 DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUESTED THROUGH THE VRBO APP AND MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO CHECK IN.

THIS DEPOSIT WILL ENSURE NO PARTIES-NO EXCESSIVE NOISE - 6 GUEST AND 3 CARS MAX. CAMERAS ON-SITE. STRICT OWNER

DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED AFTER CHECKOUT/INSPECTION THROUGH THE VRBO APP.

***Failure to abide by the following rules may lead to immediate eviction without refund and/or a charge to the guests*****

ALL guests must over the age of 25 unless prior approval at time of booking.

***NO parties, excessive noise or illegal activity shall take place on property. We have noise sensors and will monitor the noise and the number of guests via front and backyard cameras.

***NO pets are allowed.

With the obvious exception of service animals, pets/animals are not allowed on property. Although not required by law, the property owners kindly ask for clear and transparent communication in the case that a service animal is on the premises so proper housekeeping can be arranged upon your departure. Thank you!

***NO smoking is allowed inside the property.

Check In: 3:00pm (early check in is $75/hour based upon availability at time of booking)

Check Out: 11:00am (late check out is $75/ hour based upon availability at time of booking)

Cleaning: The house will be inspected and cleaned after your departure. When you arrive, should you notice any major damage please let us know immediately so we can take note of this. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, loading the dishwasher, taking the trash out and leaving all used linens and towels in the laundry room are expected of our guests.

Property is fully furnished and includes bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TVs and washer/dryer.

Travel insurance is highly recommended for any stay.

All properties are professional managed and have on site devices for the safety and security of guests at the home. Any attempt to turn off, damage, disrupt or remove these devices will lead to fines or eviction without refund.

**Important ** The property is equipped with perimeter security cameras. The cameras are VISIBLE. One is located in the front by the door and the other is located in the back. NO CAMERAS ARE INSIDE THE HOUSE. (no cameras in the bathrooms, sleeping areas, living room or kitchen, which means you have complete privacy.)

If excessive wear and tear is found on the property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, excessive trash left on site, unclean dishes (not in dishwasher), stains on furniture, carpets, linens, paint or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for ADDITIONAL FEES.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and bill the guest a minimum service fee of $500.

If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest of a minimum of $500 additional cleaning fee.

If the sign of a pet on property is discovered, Guest authorizes the Owner to charge an additional minimum cleaning fee of $500.
