Newly remodeled top level 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom entire apartment with a private entrance in the center of Pocatello near ISU, the Holt Arena, and Portneuf Medical Center. Easy access to/from the I-15 Center street exit. About 30 minutes from Pebble Creek Ski Area and Lava Hot Springs. Off-street parking available. Free Netflix and Disney+/Hulu. Fast WIFI and small workstation available. Washer and Dryer (+ laundry detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets) in the apartment. ***Please note that this property has 20 stairs. The first 5 are fairly steep without a handrail - not suitable for anyone that has limitations related to stairs.***

Clean and cute property. Great location for events at ISU. Mark responded quickly to any questions. We would stay again if we travel to Pocatello.

Great location, very clean and well kept. Easy check in and out. Comfortable and plenty of room. Nice kitchen setup and worked well for a business trip. Extended stay wouldn't be an issue with washer and dryer within the unit. Communication with host was easy and prompt. Mini splits in every room kept things very comfortable.

Beautifully remodeled in a modern style. Simple and clean. Check in process was simple and owner was helpful. Enjoyed the souvenier mugs. But overall NOT young child friendly. Many hardwood stairs with no door or way to block the stairs off. Would be wonderful for families or couples with children over 4-5 years old.

Great apartment for long-term stay

Mark was a great and understanding host when we needed to change our dates. The apartment itself is very nice - the kitchen is fairly well-stocked, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms. The only downside was that although the steam heaters worked, they made lots of noise at night sometimes. Mark also provided 2 space heaters which helped. Would definitely recommend for anyone coming to Pocatello!

Loved being Above the Law

Great quant vacation rental that has a modern update as well as historic charm. Amenities are plush and plentiful. We will be staying Above the Law again!

The place was awesome and we would definitely stay there again. The house is very clean and welcoming. The host has thought of everything. Great value and nice quiet neighborhood.

Great central location to visit Eastern Idaho's top attractions like Yellowstone National Park, Island Park, Lava Hot Springs, the Geyser at Soda Springs, Fort Hall Casino, water parks, Pocatello Zoo, Jackson Hole, and Pebble Creek, Pomerelle, and Grand Targhee Ski Areas. Don't forget mountain biking trails galore and (my favorite) fly-fishing on places like the Henry's Fork, South Fork, and Blackfoot Rivers.
