Just magnificent, our 3Bdrm/3Ba on the 8th floor of the Cortez building in Phase 2 with over 2,600 square feet of living space. Beautiful tile and marble throughout, including 2 balconies with unobstructed views of the beautiful pools and the Sea of Cortez. Can't beat the location! The back patio has a nice view of Cholla Bay and our 18 hole Championship golf course.

The condo is fully furnished - the kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils needed. The dining room can seat 8 people plus the indoor kitchen bar allows seating for an additional 4 people. Electronic includes Flat Screen TV, DVD Player, CD player & Radio with surround system in Living Room and Flat Screens & DVD Players in all 3 Bedrooms. This unit offers a Den with a TV and a second sofa sleeper.

Las Palomas, the BEST Resort in Rocky Point, has an onsite lobby check-in, two fine dining restaurants, a fitness center, a sundries/gift shop, underground parking, many spectacular pools with 2-negative edge pools, and swim-up bars. Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort also provides a lazy river and a water slide, a walk-out beach with private seashore huts with drink and food service. Another great amenity is the beach towels and lounge chairs that are provided for your poolside enjoyment.

Perfect stay

The place is gorgeous! Balcony view is breathtaking, you get to enjoy your morning cup of coffee with a great view of beach and feel the cool breeze. We had breakfast on balcony. Kimberly was quick to respond and meet all our family’s needs. Would definitely stay again

Nice Condo, great location. Well furnished.

Very nice Condo with nice furnishings, lots of space, a great kitchen and great view of the pool, beach and ocean. Beds were a bit hard, for a Condo this nice I would have expected something a bit more comfortable to sleep on. Property manager was very responsive, a little difficult to find where to check in, and since it's not fully set up as a rental, no towel service or other resort services included.

Enjoyable stay

The apartment was clean and spacious. It was a perfect fit for me and my extended family. Location is great for a relaxing weekend. Two issues came up while we were there but Kimberly was easy to reach and fixed the problems promptly.

Nice but beware

Nice furnishings and large place but this is NOT part of the rental pool as represented. That means no hotel services including including cleaning service, fresh towels, pool towel rental, assistance from front desk. There weren’t any cleaning supplies to even do it ourselves. Notified owner of broken AC, tv, dishwasher, and completely missing patio furniture then spent every day with constant workmen in the unit (3 hours the first day, SIX hours the second day, and unannounced visits the next two days), The unit is lovely but if it’s not in the rental pool you’re not getting any resort benefits. Owner responded and had workmen there but told us to go buy our own bathroom and pool towels and supplies. She didn’t pay the workmen so we had to pay them to get them to leave. But only after we had to break open the safe because it was also not working properly. Offered $20 for our trouble and to repay us for her workmen but hasn’t.

It's very sad how being nice, lenient, and being responsive 24/7 pay you off sometimes. Maybe not everyone deserves this but as a host, you have to keep in mind that the customer is always right which is very dangerous sometimes because some people just take advantage of this and say anything they want. I have refunded her $150 for all the troubles that she had to face with the supplies. The AC was fixed and she told me it's working perfectly. I believe everyone knows how to use a safe. She put all her cash in the safe box without entering the new code and it got locked. For her, I went back and asked several of my previous guests if they know the code but no one touched it. It was untouched. We had to break the safe which cost me extra. They had to stay back in mostly because of the safe which took most of the time. It's very easy to put a blame on someone after your stay. If you had so many issues, you could've left the first day with a full refund.

Spacious property with great location

The property was well-appointed with comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. Wasn't furnished exactly as described due to damages from recent rental that couldn't be repaired in time but discount was issued to compensate for those issues. Owner was responsive in quick fashion and did what she was able to correct shortcomings. Location is great and setup would be great for entertaining friends and family.

Nice property

We had a good stay. We had a couple bumps in the road. The fridge and back a/c were both broken when we arrived. The fridge was fixed the next evening. The a/c never cooled adequately, but the property manager was in constant contact. The property was clean and decor was lovely. Overall great stay.

Beautiful, Comfortable Unit

The property is beautifully decorated and the views are wonderful. The resort has a lot to offer with several pools, hot tubs, lazy river, and beach front. Perfect location in the middle of Sandy Beach. We had some issues with check in, but the Owner jumped in quickly and issue was solved. The Owner was easy to contact and responded quickly when needed. Would stay here again.

large condo unit with 3 master suites

This condo layout is great, with 3 large rooms all with a private bath. The furnishings are all nice and well kept. This location is great for just about anything in Rocky point.
