Gourmet kitchen provides everything you need, including stainless appliances, kitchen essentials, an island bar with four (4) barstools, and a dining table for six (6).. The family room boasts a sofa (non-sleeper), Smart TV, electric fireplace, and access to a private patio with outdoor furniture and a private hot tub.. Romantic master suite features a king-size bed, Smart TV, electric fireplace, access to private balcony, private bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a king-size bed, Smart TV, private bath with large soaking tub, and separate shower. The third bedroom has two (2) queen-size beds, Smart TV, and private bathroom. All bath linens, bath soap, hand soaps, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. However, we do not provide beach towels/beach chairs. Central air-conditioning/heating, free Wi-Fi, keyless entry system, and free parking are also included.

Family time

Comfortable, safe, great view for morning coffee, very clean no bed bugs Cook wear needs to be replaced and beach towels need to be added to the rental.

Amazing view

The property is in the center building on the 11th floor. The view you get in the morning and at night are impeccable. It is a super relaxing beautiful home. It has a great patio area with a grill for that late meal with the family! The location its self is super safe super clean and super friendly environment. The host was amazing replying and getting us dialed in with our needs. I would definitely recommend to anyone with a nice size family or friends. Will be definitely staying here again!!

Beautiful Home and Amazing View

The house was as pictured, very clean and spacious. Great floor plan. The view was amazing! The beds were very comfortable. I give the house and property definitely 5 stars. I would stay there again and I encourage others to as well. There was only one problem and that was the AC was not working in the Master bedroom and bedroom next to master. The owners were contacted and they sent maintenance to rectify the problem within a few hours.

Spacious and Amazing views

This penthouse is as pictured n described -Very spacious, comfy and beautiful. We had a wonderful time as a family. We definitely had more room than we expected. Managing company was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful Home and Easy way to Relax

This is an excellent home in a tranquil complex. The house was well cared for and had all of the needed supplies for cooking and eating in the house. I appreciated all of the empty cupboards! There are a few beach chairs you can use downstairs. Things I will note that in no way reflect my opinion of staying here. 1. Mark Hot/Cold in the showers. Hot water was slow to come online and you don't know which way you are supposed to be turning it to. 2. There are little to no available luggage carts, so I would have brought a travel wagon to make unloading and loading easier. 3. There is only one key, so I suggest the property manager provide 2 keys or change to keyless. Negotiating who had the key in a large family was a hassle. 4. The garage parking is comical. Don't try to use the assigned spaces; just park in the ample parking around the property. 5. It's not "resort" like, it is private living so ensure you carry your form of payment for bar and food and you have to supply your own pool and beach towels. I knew in advance, so that was fine. Overall, great house is a great community. I felt relaxed and rested and would 100% rent this home again.

Beautiful condo. Owner was always quick to respond to questions or concerns. Kitchen could use some more items. Master bed could use some softer pillows and hand towels. We made it work and really enjoyed our stay.
