1410 sq ft 2 story condo located in the Snowfire B complex. An open floor plan and vaulted ceilings make this property bright and spacious. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything you will ever need. The first floor master suite provides privacy with its adjacent bathroom. In addition, the guest bedroom is located next to another full bathroom on the first level. Up the spiral staircase is a large loft that can sleep 4+ people very comfortably. Also included washer/dryer. Shuttle service is available in front of Unit A, or within walking distance to the Chili Express. Plenty of parking.

Host was very attentive and responded to every questions we had on time. The house just needed basic necessities like peeler, grater, scissors n pans with lids.

Great location and great property

Just a fantastic place to stay. Enough beds for our family of 5 to relax and sleep after a day of skiing. The location is so nice. Just a short shuttle ride away to the slopes. The locker provided downstairs was a nice touch to store our skis for the next day of skiing.

Angle Fire NM - Little Bear

This being our first time in Angle Fire we would highly recommend this Condo from Linda. Beautiful scenery all around and access to more activities that you can do in a weeks stay. The condo is very well karaokes and easy access. The kids loved the loft area and my wife and I enjoyed the patio off the bedroom. We will for sure stay here again and a possible snow run also.

Ideal location, comfortable condo

Well appointed cabin, mostly clean but bathmat and throw blankets were somewhat dirty. No coffee machine and king size bed was in need of replacement. Overall would rent again but needs a little attention.

We will get with our cleaning people and find out why the throw blankets were dirty and bath mats. I do apologize for that. We are coming in today and will see all that first hand. Back to Little Bear!

Staying in the cozy condo that is "Little Bear" is one of our family's favorite parts of visiting Angel Fire, New Mexico! Everyone has their own place to relax & retreat to--The space and accommodations inside the steps are perfect for our Fab Family of 5! (11, 18, 20, Dad/Mom)So many memories have been made sitting around the table playing games, eating breakfast together, and planning what restaurant to visit for dinner each night!The charming Christmas decorations put up for our stay (December 20-23) were so well received by all of us, especially us girls! We have truly fallen in love with this quaint little Village of Angel Fire and the have made wonderful memories skiing this Mountain...each trip we plan will include a stay at Little Bear!

Cute and Cozy

We loved this condo! It was comfortable, well furnished, and well supplied. We were there to ski and the location was excellent. It was not ski in and ski out like advertised, but the shuttle was easy to use and relatively convenient. We were not prepared for the hike to the third floor, but it wasn’t too big of a deal because we were able to leave our ski stuff in the heated locked supplied for us downstairs. Communications was excellent and timely. We’d definitely stay again!!

Two of the tvs didn’t work. I found men’s pajamas in a drawer. The shelf paper was dirty. Closet door was broke. I bought a mat for the tub because it was slick. Couldn’t find instructions for the tv in the living room

Great Location

It was easy to get to and plenty of parking. We had 3 vehicles in our group and never had to worry about parking. There was plenty of places to sleep within the condo and it was very clean.

Winter Break

Our winter break was a fantastic time in Angel Fire. Perfect weather for skiing. The condo was close to the lifts! We really enjoyed the condo. There were 7 of us in total and sleeping was perfect! Condo was cozy and clean. Just right for our winter ski break! Thank you...we had a great time!
