Description: Please read entire ad**
Typical mid century Florida Block home built in 1956 during the Kennedy Space Center's original construction. Lush yard and surroundings. Corner lot providing relative privacy. Comfortable but not fancy. I offer Affordable family accommodations and am working on updating as I can.
**Please note : I and my 2 sweet and quiet dogs Peanut and Brownie live in an attached "In-Law" apartment next door. There is a door but you have a 1/4" Dead bolt lock on your side and it's locked on my side as well.
It is only used between guests for Housekeeping Services. Separate entrances ensure your privacy. I had a 4.8 out of 5 star rating on a comparable site. I communicate via text, ensuring your safety, and can happily recommend restaurants, viewing sites, etc, if requested.

Very comfortable beds and sofa. Standard place to stay with the age of the home showing up and nothing fancy. Good neighborhood though and very well maintained. Definitely worth for money.

This home is centrally located to all tourists areas and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. This house accommodated a family of six comfortably and with the kitchen and bathroom amenities we didn't need to bring much with us. Property manager Tom responded to messages immediately and was very friendly. We will definitely keep this house in mind the next time we visit Titusville.

Air conditioning was fine. The yard was well kept. Nice, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was sufficient, but could use a pot to boil spaghetti noodles. The beds were very comfortable! The living room was great for our whole family to sit comfortably. The art work is interesting and fun to look at. We would stay here again!

Great size and good price, yard is only front and side of house but still enough room for your dog to use the bathroom, corner lot with good privacy, the bed is so comfortable. will definitely stay again

My husband and dogs needed a reasonable place to stay while visiting family in Titusville and this location was perfect. Most other locations were set up for people on vacation (and reflected that in price!), but we just needed a reasonable place to stay for a few days. This property was clean and conveniently located. We loved the custom painting throughout the home and appreciated the partially covered driveway. There were a few elements that could easily be updated but everything was as expected. For example, the quality of the towels and sheets was acceptable, but need refreshing.Thanks for making your home available and allowing us and our dogs to stay!

All great! We didn't cook. We used the fridge and it worked fine. The beds were comfortable. Price was great. We had a 3 bedroom place for what we would've paid for 1 hotel room with 2 beds. We came for a wedding and we only needed 2 rooms. Both rooms were nice.

The pictures on your listing are not what you get when you are there. See pictures! Only one entrance to the house no back door to the back yard. No smoke detector no O2 detector, couldn’t tern the lights on in the bedrooms unless you stood on the bed because they were fans. It appears that the house interior was decorated by Goodwill.

Overall nice place to stay close to the cruise port, unit is not fancy whatsoever, but it has what you need for a short stay, beds were comfortable. Location is quiet, aka not much around to see or get food. We just ordered uber eat without issue. Lots of lovely paintings around the house, maybe owner is an artist, we enjoyed looking at the arts.
