Expérience Hilton Head Island dans le luxe et le confort lorsque vous séjour dans cette belle, 3 chambres et 3. 5 salles de bain, la maison Palmetto Dunes Resort. Verre biseauté doubles portes d'entrée font une première impression distinctive que vous entrez dans une maison où le décor est un parfait mélange d'ancien et de nouveau, mis en valeur par des illustrations originales et des panoramas naturels en plein air. Pour la gauche du hall d'accueil joliment carrelée est un très traditionnel salon / salle à manger avec un plafond cathédrale et planchers de bois franc.

La salle à manger formelle a une grande table avec des sièges pour 6, une armoire antique, et une baie vitrée avec une nature et une vue partielle sur le lagon. Dans le salon adjacent sont un groupe d'assise de très bon goût et confortable, et d'une télévision grand écran. Directement à travers le hall d'accueil est une grande salle plus contemporaine qui commence par la salle familiale, qui dispose d'une cheminée, un centre de divertissement avec TV / DVD, un canapé de taille familiale, une bibliothèque bien garnie, et une grande porte coulissante pour un couvert patio, où il ya une table de salle à manger en plein air pour 6 qui donne sur le parc paysager, la grande piscine avec une cascade apaisante, et la lagune paisible au-delà.

Le petit déjeuner de cette salle a une table pour 4 ensemble en face d'une fenêtre de baie ensoleillée et une porte de curseur côté qui ouvre à la zone de cuisson en plein air sur le patio, avec deux grils à gaz et charbon de bois. Dernier point, mais non le moindre, est la cuisine de rêve, définie par une salle en forme de L / portion / comptoir de bar avec 3 tabourets, un évier à barres unique, une machine à glaçons, et un haut-casier à vin. Pour que les ajouter tous les comptoirs de granit, électroménagers en acier inoxydable, un placard garde-manger, armoires généreux, et accès direct à la salle à manger formelle.

Retour à la hall d'entrée et sur la droite, un couloir mène à une salle de bain complète, une grande buanderie, chambre n ° 1 avec 2 lits jumeaux, d'une télévision et d'une salle de bain privée, et la chambre n ° 2 aussi avec 2 lits jumeaux, ainsi que d'une belle commode antique marbre. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit queen-size, d'un plafond cathédrale, un grand walk-in, une armoire antique, une télévision, une grande ouverture de la porte de curseur directement à la terrasse de la piscine, et une salle de bain privée avec double lavabos, dames habiller table, une douche de plain-pied spacieuse, et un bain à remous lucarne / au clair de lune.

En plus de la piscine pouvant être chauffée (contre supplément commun chaleurs), d'autres aménagements extérieurs comprennent une douche, et une salle de bain pratique / dressing. Paquet de tennis inclus (une heure par jour au Centre de Palmetto Dunes Tennis) !!

Palmetto Dunes est un bord de mer station de 2000 acres qui atteint des 3 miles de la plage de sable blanc, à travers 11 miles de lagunes, 3 terrains de golf et 25 courts de tennis, de la piste cyclable sous l'autoroute 278 qui donne accès à l'Shelter Cove Marina, magasins , restaurants et centre commercial.

Great Location

This property is in a great location, with quick access to the beach! Beautiful pool that we all enjoyed. There are some items in the house that need to be fixed. Overall a great place for our family!

Great time!

The house was great! My family and I had such a blast staying here! We swam, we fished, and had a great time all around. For anyone who fishes the lagoon, just a heads up, you have about 5 minutes to hook a bass before the gator comes and tries to snag your bait lol…the host was very easy to communicate with and made checking in easy! Would stay here again!

Wonderful family reunion

Although it has been one of the coldest winter in the area, we felt blessed that we could still walk around the beach and neighborhood. The house was warm and cozy. It is just perfect for family reunion.

Great Vacation

The house was clean when we arrived. We spent most of the days enjoying the pool. We had our coffee in the morning on the patio and watched Wally Gator swim by. The week went by way too fast and we were sad to leave.

Family trip

A nice place to stay , the house needs deep cleaned. The kitchen needs stocked more with utensils, silverware and pots and pans. Could use better pillows. We loved the pool and lagoon we even had Gary the alligator visit us every evening and numerous turtles.

Fun in the sun

What a pleasant surprise this was! We had never been to Palmetto Dunes and truly enjoyed the location, the beach, and the home. It was perfect for 8 of us. We enjoyed the pool which provided good shade and great sun. Great restaurants and everything we needed was very close by. Safe, fun, and a gorgeous home. We would go back.

Early summer start vacation

Easy to book, good communication with owner, older home, well kept, they’re wasn’t anything different from what was described on the VRBO page. Everything you need for day to day needs are furnished. Buy your groceries and you’re good to go. Pool: pool was in good shape, good size, great view. It’s in a beautiful setting with many trees which we liked, so yeah you’re going to have some debris but the pool is clean. Proximity to beach? Yes you could walk or ride a bike but it’s more like a 20-30 minute walk which we did not make. I would stay here again.

It was ok

My friends and I rent a house every year in hh. This house needs a refresher. It is getting up there in age and needs some upkeep. Who ever is doing the cleaning needs to be shown how to clean under and on top of items. There were monsters under that bed! The water in the pool was green and had to be treated and there weren’t a lot of cooking utensils. Other than that. It had walls and a roof!

In case of "monsters under the bed" which is rather unlikely, house keeping and in this case even security can be called 24/7 to define and execute an immediate solution. As far as the pool, everybody who ever spend time in Hilton Head knows that spring is a nightmare for every pool service because of pollen that gets into the pool and causes immediate issues. We are happy that also in this case, pool service was able to immediately correct the situation. Other than that, glad to hear that our home had a roof and walls, let's hope it's still the case...

Spacious home but really worn out

Spacious home, nice big areas. Lagoon in the back is pretty. Probably built in the 80s, so the 35 year old wallpaper, bathroom tile grout and original kitchen cabinets and drawers made this home feel dirty. It’s just really worn. Even though it was clean, you can’t clean old and worn out, including the furniture. Great location. Easy and enjoyable short bike ride to the beach. You can take your bikes right onto the beach. Sand is firm, it’s nice. We love HHI and have been here many times. I wouldn’t stay here again. I booked it close to Memorial Day holiday and wanted a house with a pool…so not much available at the time. Host was accessible and nice.

Perfect house

We loved everything about 10 Off Shore. The pictures definitely don’t do it justice. The kitchen is huge and spacious and we absolutely loved the pool. It was our favorite spot for the week. Very clean house as well. Everything exceeded our expectations. Communication was great with owner was also great. We already booked it for next year!

Wonderful Second Stay at 10 Off Shore

We had another amazing stay at 10 Off Shore. Everything was wonderful and as expected. There were a few maintenance issues we noticed during our stay (sink likely needed re-caulking and dryer needed some attention) which were communicated to the rental office as well as owners, and based on past experiences I have no doubt they will be resolved. There was ample room for our family of 5 and the house was well-stocked. Our only issue on arrival, which is likely nothing the owners or rental office have complete control over, is how much sand had accumulated in the pool from the previous guests. It was clear everyone was rinsing the sand from the beach off by jumping in rather than hosing off first. It might be nice if the visit from the pool cleaners could be correlated with the previous guests' departure. It was nothing that stopped us from swimming, just an annoyance. We greatly enjoyed our bike rides to and from the beach and loved the lagoon views and spotting the two small gators that frequented the area. The upgrades to the master bedroom bed made a huge difference from our past stay - Thank you! We definitely plan to book for a third summer.

Wonderful Pool & Location

The backyard and pool were wonderful. Great location - quick bike ride to the beach. Space was large and comfortable for our group of 5 adults and 2 children. Responses were quick and helpful from the homeowner!

Loved the house, pool, lagoon and resort!!

The resort was great! Quiet neighborhoods, lots of amenities to enjoy, easy access to the beach which was not crowded in this area at all, and a great pool! We loved our stay at the house. The only complaint we had, which we did notice was that there is only one queen sized beds. The other two bedrooms have separate twin beds. This would have worked out better for our group if there was two queen beds, but that is more our problem for not considering that. Otherwise, we had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation! Thank you!
