The fully renovated North Forest Beach gem is ready for guests!

7 Dove Street has been completely remodeled with new everything! A 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ranch style home is everything you need for the perfect family getaway.

The front entry opens to the living room with plenty of seating and a large wall mounted TV. Just to the left is the kitchen with appliances and cabinets! The open space fits everyone so no cramped cooks in this kitchen. Next is the dining room, open to the den and living room, with seating for up to 8 people. The den off the area has a futon for extra sleeping and has the laundry room with beach towels ready for you to take with you to the sand a short a walk away. Off the living room is a full length screen porch, the perfect spot for the evening breeze and nature.

The bedrooms are on the right side of the home and feature 2 guest bedrooms and a primary bedroom. All have wall mounted TV, brand new furniture and renovated bathrooms. The 1st guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and shared the hall bathroom with the king guest bedroom next door. The hall bathroom is a full bath with tub/shower combination. The primary bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The en-suite has a shower and as a bonus opens to the enclosed outside shower.

7 Dove is just a few short minutes to Coligny Plaza, and the beach is just as close by. The house has wi-fi and smart-tv's so you can stream your favorite shows while enjoying all Hilton Head has to offer. There is parking at the house for 3 vehicles and trash service is provided.

Great house

House was 5 minutes to beach, shops and restaurants, but also felt secluded. Three good sized rooms. The outdoor shower with entry to main suite bath was a great addition. Open kitchen/dining was great for the family.

Great Beach House

The house is in a great location, a short walk from the beach, a short walk to Coligny Plaza, where you'll find restaurants, shops and Piggly Wiggly supermarket. If you choose to, you would not need to drive once you arrive at the house. It's also in a nice, quiet neighborhood, even though it's close to all the action. The house itself was more than enough space for a family of four. Management company seemed very attentive, even calling/texting to see how things were. Only two drawbacks, and these will not bother everyone: 1. There were spiders (daddy longlegs) in just about every room of the house, particularly the bathrooms. Even when you think you've gotten rid of them, they reappear the next day. 2. There are no sidewalks or streetlights in the neighborhood. Be careful walking home at night and bring a flashlight. Neither of these are deal-breakers, but I'd like to have known before our stay.

Beach getaway

Great location to the beach, shops, food. Easy for older grandparents being only one level and for the littles! Loved it would recommend!!

Lovely place to relax, very near beach, shops and restaurants

We loved our stay at 7 Dove Street. It's a really comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. It's very well maintained, furnished and equipped. The screened-in porch at the back is the perfect place to eat and relax in. The furnishings are very new and the kitchen has everything we needed and more. Having beach towels provided for our use was a nice extra and the management company put us in touch with a place to rent beach chairs etc from. They delivered them before our arrival and picked them up on the last day so it was very easy. It's very close to the beach and also to several bars, restaurants (good food and good live music) and shops. We only used our car on one day. There are some games etc provided for a lazy, rainy day.

Great stay!

We loved our stay! The house was great, an easy walk to the beach, shops/restaurants, and playground. The management company was very kind and responsive.

Great property and location

The Dove Street house was the perfect place for our young family: close to activities, parks, restaurants, shops, and ESPECIALLY the beach. The street was really quiet and pleasant. We didn't have to bring our own beach towels either, and were able to use the outdoor shower to rinse off. It was especially nice to be able to make coffee, use the smoothie machine, and do a couple loads of laundry (because little kids are gross). The kids liked playing "golf" with the croquet set. Only complaint was that the owner's suite mattress was a bit dented, to the point that I opted to go use a twin instead. All the other beds and accommodations were great though!! 9.5/10, would definitely stay again and recommend!

Great location!

Can’t beat the location! Beach access is less than a 5 min walk and it’s less crowded. Coligny Square is super convenient. We would definitely consider coming back!

Overall great time

This was a very cute and welcoming house that was in close proximity to Coligny Plaza and Pope Ave. It was spacious for our group (3 adults, 2 kids) and nicely decorated. We did have a minor hiccup involving the washer but it was resolved and cleaned up within a couple of hours thanks to the extremely responsive property management team. They also checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well, which I appreciated. Thanks so much!

Fun family getaway

We had a wonderful time on Hilton Head Island! The home was less than 2 blocks from the beach and the perfect size for us 5 adults who used the space for a family vacation. We were close enough to walk to Coligny Park for restaurants, shopping, and evening entertainment. Would definitely stay here again!
