The Lemon Drop is the perfect get-away vacation home with exquisite décor throughout. It is located just a few blocks from the beach and is in perfect walking distance to shops on Ave G, restaurants, and golf cart rentals. 3 bedrooms are located upstairs and the 4th bedroom with a bunk bed is located on the first floor. There are so many things to enjoy including a screened-in porch and a private side courtyard and the shared pool in the complex.

Upon entering the private entrance of the bottom floor, you already feel that you are at the beach with the open, light and airy entertaining area with coastal chic décor throughout the home. The large kitchen has quartz countertops, beautiful backsplash, electric stove/range, duo coffee maker- it can make either a carafe or use a pod. New appliances, pantry, wine cooler , butcher block island and ample space to test out your culinary skills for family and friends. You can visit with those sitting at the bar (seating for 4) and the large dining table with seating for 8 with 5 chairs and a bench. The living room has a large L shaped couch made for relaxing, TV, cable and Wi-Fi. The bottom floor has access to both the side courtyard with a grill and to the back screened-in porch, both with ample outdoor seating for all. There are two outdoor showers, one near the garage and the other inside the courtyard for privacy. The first bedroom (BR1) is located off of the living area, with access through a pass-through bathroom. It has a Twin over Twin bunk bed with Twin pull out trundle, bean bags, wall mounted TV and a private door to the screened-in porch. The bean bags can be brought into the living room for the kids to watch movies or play. The full bath is shared with the downstairs and has a stand-alone shower and single vanity.
First stop upstairs is a bench, perfect for reading in the natural light from the window above. The spectacular master bedroom suite (BR2) is comprised of a King size bed, nightstands, wall mounted TV, large closet for your beach attire. It has a small private balcony for taking in the sea air. The private en-suite bathroom has two separate vanity's, one in the open area with the tub and tile stand alone shower and the other in the private toilet area. Across the hall is a spacious bedroom (BR3) with 2 Full beds, nightstand, wall mounted TV, chest, and closet for your clothing. At the end of the hall is a bedroom (BR4) with 2 sets of Twin bunk beds, closet, wall mounted TV, an XBOX and desk. A shared bath is situated between these bedrooms with a shower/tub unit with glass door enclosure.
All 5 TV's have Spectrum App, live TV, Netflix and Disney Plus.
For your convenience, a full size washer and dryer are tucked neatly away in a closet at the end of the hallway with space to hang and fold your laundry. Also for your convenience, if needed there is a high chair and gates for stairs in master closet. The Lemon Drop is a spacious, family-friendly property with a central location to town, restaurants and the beach. Make your reservation, pack your towels, sunscreen and beach accessories and attire and come on down.
There is also a large umbrella placed on screen porch for use on courtyard table.
