Newly remodeled with quartz countertop kitchen, reclaimed wood accent wall, queen bed, queen pullout sofa, and a private balcony with mountain views. Direct stair access to the Pemigewasset River. All resort amenities included. Sleeps 4. Instant Book available.
Fully equipped quartz kitchen with stainless appliances and dishwasher. 55-inch Smart TV with cable and Roku. Room-darkening shades. Dedicated workspace. Keurig coffee station with complimentary welcome pack. Newly remodeled private bathroom with fresh linens.
Resort amenities included for all guests: heated indoor pool (year-round), heated outdoor pool (seasonal), indoor hot tub (year-round), cedar sauna, full fitness center (7am–10pm daily), coin-op game room with billiards, ping pong and arcade, Great Room with gas fireplace and cathedral ceiling, direct Pemigewasset River access, seasonal BBQ, 24-hour coin-op laundry, free WiFi, free parking, and free winter ski shuttle to Loon Mountain lift gate (Fri–Mon, Dec–early Apr).
Outdoor pool and BBQ seasonal — Memorial Day through Columbus Day. Check-in 4pm, checkout 11am. Maximum 4 guests.

🚭 No smoking inside or on the balcony — $250 fine per building policy.
🐾 No pets — $150 per day fee per building policy.
👟 Remove ski and snow boots at the door to protect the floors.
🏊 Please return pool towels to the unit when finished.
🌂 No towels or items over the balcony bannister — use chairs or tables.
🔑 Leave your key on the kitchen counter at checkout. $10 fee for lost keys.
🗑️ Please tidy up, take out trash, and remove all personal items before leaving.
🪟 Lock all windows and doors when heading out.
💡 Turn off lights and fans. Set heat to 55°F or turn off AC when leaving.
🔧 Please report any damages right away — we understand accidents happen and will always work with you fairly.

Lovely property and location!

We had a great time Lincoln, and the apartment was very cozy! The property is well placed to get to the supermarket and hikes. Rick did a wonderful job of communicating with us. We’d definitely recommend this property if you’re in this area!

An amazing place

We just absolutely love this place. Are second time there. So cozy and clean. So much to do even if you don’t ski. The pool, hot tub, and the sauna were three of our favorites. The room is decorated so adorable makes you feel so comfortable. We will be Back

The unit was as expected and Rick was awesome with his communication. My daughter and grandson had a great time using the pool, hot tub and arcade. If any of us are in that area again we will definitely look this unit up.

Overall great

Pros - Place was overall clean and was as advertised. Quiet and in a very convenient location. The appliances we used worked without any problems; especially the AC, which was nice. We really appreciated the two curtain options too. Being able to switch between was nice, even though it sounds like such a small thing. The room was close to the floor's exit door, which made it easy to come and go. Liked how there were some games available - we especially enjoyed playing Scrabble :) Cons - Missing a few basic things (tissues, dish towels, certain kitchen utensils, etc.). Personally we found the queen bed to be uncomfortable (too firm).

We were so happy with this place. It is an amazing place. Very well decorated. It is so inviting cozy and warm. They lay out is amazing just perfect and workable. The bed is so comfy and inviting with the supper wArm flannel sheets and the decor on them. Just in the right place for everything even if you don’t ski which we don’t. Has everything you need to make your own meals and then some. Love this place we will be back

Excellent place to stay!!

This was our first Vrbo experience and I am very impressed. The place was very clean and the owner is responsive and honest. Very ideal for a ski trip getaway. Highly recommend to rent if you're looking for a fun trip for a few days. This kitchen has everything you need, we were able to go out and eat at a few restaurants (Which had delicious food) as well as stay in and cook/bake. Hoping to rent again sometime!!!

Clean renovated inviting place close to everything in Lincoln.

We stayed here for one night and were very pleased. The cleanliness, decor and location did not disappoint. The place looks exactly like pictured. Instructions from the owner were very clear and helpful. Rick reached our to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely come back one day, highly recommend!
