Escape to this charming condo in picturesque Lincoln. This cozy retreat features a fully renovated studio style condo with sleeping for up to 4 guests. Enjoy the convenience of amenities such as Indoor pool, game room, shuttle service to directly to Loon Mountain, WiFi, AC, and a fitness room during your stay. Whether you're hitting the slopes or exploring the local attractions, this charming condo is the perfect home base for your getaway. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.

Due to the perfect location--you are able to walk to many restaurants, shopping centers, hiking paths, or walk to the beautiful Pemi River from a path directly onsite, ensuring you will always have plenty of activities!

We love hosting and are excited for our guests enjoy our fully renovated studio style condo complete with a comfortable queen size bed, a sleep couch, brand new full kitchen with modern appliances and granite countertops, 50" Smart TV with numerous channels, private balcony and fast Wi-Fi.

The condo is perfect for 2 adults or a family with 2 young children using the sleep couch.

Convenient central location was just the beginning. Resort has nice amenities such as the indoor pool and hot tub, arcade and common area with fireplace. Our hosts were great with communication as well. Would definitely recommend!

My two children and I stayed here for a few days. The condo was very clean and cozy. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool on sight, but really loved the path behind the building that led to a beautiful river spot. Everything was wonderful with our stay.

This place was great. It was exactly as shown in the pics on the online listing. My wife and I were in the area for a two-night stay during our 10-day northeastern roadtrip. The condo was nice, and it’s also in a great location close to many restaurants and other things to do. Perfect central location if you’re wanting to do Franconia Notch National Park or the Kancamagus Highway! Definitely recommend staying here. We will again if/when we’re ever back in the area.

This place is adorable! Clean, good temperature control, easy to feel comfortable! The town is adorable and we were able to explore some cute shops, good food, and lots of beautiful nature. The hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with.

Really nice condo. Very clean and comfortable. Hosts responsive. Would stay again. The cleaning service does really cute accents on the toilet paper and paper towels. We'd never seen this and we all that it was really cute.

Excellent - would rent again

This place is cozy, as shown, but good for a couple. Within walking distance of several restaurants which was nice. We had the indoor pool and hot tub (in the basement) to ourselves one afternoon/evening. FYI: the mattress is very firm (memory foam, I think) and the a/c is quite loud. This wasn't a problem for us, but might not be your preference.

The only issue we had was the bed. The mattress (I think it was supposed to have a memory foam mattress) was very worn out. Any indentation our bodies made in it remained, so much so that it was sometimes difficult to get out of the holes our body weights left. Everything else was great!

My son and I had a wonderful stay at this property. Our room was clean, cozy, and provided all the basics of a home. The bed was comfortable and having a balcony to sit on was a nice bonus. After we checked-in (which was a super easy process) we explored all the amenities that the lodge had to offer and my son couldn't get over the fact that there was an arcade on the premises. My favorite part of the property was the wooden stairs in the back of the building that led to the river. On our last night we sat on the river's edge and watched the sunset behind the mountains, it was breathtaking. The location offers convenience to the highways, attractions, food and entertainment. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay and look forward to staying again on our next trip to Lincoln.
