Not quite a full but more than a utility, kitchen. Full fridge/freezer, 2 burner induction cooktop, an XL oven/toaster oven for all of your baking needs, a large microwave/air fryer combo unit, toaster, crock pot and Keurig.

1 Full bath with large shower and oversized sink for all your washing/cleaning needs.

Washer and dryer in unit

New (2024) charcoal BBQ grill outside on side lawn for your use.

Fire pit/bonfire & Adirondack chairs for you to kick back and enjoy the cool Vermont nights.

Oversized hammock (seasonal/by request) on the side lawn for your enjoyment

Outside parking for 2 vehicles.

TONS to do year round and close to everything!

We are right next door to help with any last minute needs.

PLEASE NOTE: this apt is above and beside our 2 car garage that houses our snow blowers, weed whackers, chain saws, etc. We will only be accessing these during normal hours and, if we need that snowblower, it's a lucky day!!! :-)

Beautiful area, great accommodations

The property was clean and very functional layout. Lots of living room space and easy to use kitchen and bathroom areas. The area is beautiful to see and a definite repeat for another trip!

Stratton Hideaway

This place was beautiful and in a great location. The hosts were amazing and informative. This location is a must if you enjoy winter sports or just want a nice little vacation in the VT mountains.

A perfect winter getaway

My girlfriend and I rented this cute little apartment for ski weekend up in Stratton. The host was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding, and offered some great recommendations close by. The apartment was clean, cozy, and made for the perfect Valentine’s weekend getaway :)

Awesome location, minutes to Stratton Mountain where we enjoyed some late season skiing. Close walk to Pikes Falls as well. Kelly and Elton were super responsive and helpful. We had a great time!

Super close to Stratton

This is a simple place to stay close to Stratton and an amazing value. I will be back often I think, to the extent I hope to find the place available. For a few people skiing, you cannot find a better deal so close to the mountain. It’s not fancy, but it has what’s needed for a great ski trip at Stratton, which is an Ikon mountain. Ikon mountains are a little more expensive but they are run so much better than Epic, are not overcrowded and run with with full staff and snow making budget that make it SO much worth the extra cost, by far, hands down.

Perfect location and all you need

This is our second stay and I will definitely be coming back. The location is perfect. The property is exactly as described. Kelly is extremely easy to communicate with and was very accommodating in extending our checkout so that we could get a half day in at the mountain before heading back home. This place gem!

Our favorite rental experience so far! Kelly and Elton were so nice and we had such a wonderful New Years at Stratton. The apartment is everything we needed, nice and warm even though it was 10 degrees outside. I would love to come back again, just a great time all around.

Perfect ski accommodation

This was the perfect stay for our family ski trip to Stratton - so convenient to the mountain! It was great to have the two pull out couches for my kids - they enjoyed having their own space. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The best was a little wonky - very hot upstairs and very cold downstairs, but not a huge deal. We would definitely stay here again!

Hi Jessica, So glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to having you back!! Regarding the heat, during my cleaning I noticed that 2 of the units were set to heat and the bedroom was set to Auto. That would have been the reason for the issue. I mention it in the welcome book and the remotes are all labeled, but the units all have to match; all heat, all auto, all cool, etc. Since it’s a mini-split system with 1 outside unit, if 1 gets swapped to something different, the units aren’t sure what to do.

Close to Stratton

The host Kelly was very nice. What a nice surprise to find a bottle of bubbly waiting. She answered all my emails extremely fast. The house is very close to Stratton ski mountain. Will stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay it was as advertised. We just stumbled a few times going from entryway to kitchenette and from kitchenette to bathroom so definitely a tripping hazard.

Beautiful home, great location!

We had an amazing time here. The property is lovely - wonderfully cozy, with all amenities you could possibly need. The owners are so kind and helpful - they took time to reach out personally and make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location cannot be beat - super close to Stratton, Bromley, shopping in Manchester, and so many other local attractions. I've stayed in quite a few vrbos as well as other places near Stratton and hands down, this was the BEST experience we've had. LOVED this property and owners. Thank you so much for sharing your place with our family.

Loved Our Stay

Long weekend getaway for my wife and I, with dogs. Everything was as described. Location was ideal for us to explore the area and take many walks and hikes with our dogs. Her recommendations of places to see and dine were excellent. The neighborhood was very quiet with the sounds of a running stream nearby. We love exploring Vermont, if we're back in this area we will definitely look to stay at Kelly's place again. Thank you.

Quiet Stay

The location was great; our family was looking for a spot to 'get away from it all'. We unfortunately stayed at a time when the region was experiencing record flooding. It was a little cramped downstairs in the kitchenette with the 4 of us (2 adults/2 kids) and having to use the bathroom sink for bathroom routines and washing dishes. Kelly and Elton were absolutely wonderful- very helpful and friendly.

Yes, we put in as large of a sink as possible but you do have to manage your time to make it most efficient. BUT, if you’re ever back our way, check out our other listings on KeltonCollective.com! Close to Stratton but nothing special

The proximity to Stratton (under 10 min) is definitely the main appeal for this rental. It's a renovated garage and while it has the necessities for a basic stay, the place itself is a bit dingy/cheaply done. Overall, it was pretty true to the listing. However the water pressure in the shower was very poor and there was a strong mildewy/gasoline smell in the downstairs area. Nice to be close to the ski resort, but not recommended if you want to cook and/or hang out. The host was very nice and communicative.

Apt is exactly as pictured and, yes, it is an apt above a 2 car garage where we store our snow removal and upkeep equipment. And yes, certainly not what you want to book if you want to make a chef style 5 course meal and that’s also pretty clear from the description and pictures. Please be sure to look at all pictures and read all descriptions when booking to avoid being disappointed.

Perfect Location

I had an amazing stay at this property near Stratton Mountain! The location is perfect, just a short five-minute drive to the base of the mountain. The property was impeccably clean and matched the description perfectly. Throughout our stay, we experienced daily snowfall, and the driveway was always promptly cleared. The upstairs area was spacious and ideal for both of us and our furry companion. A quick tip for future guests: adjusting the heat may take a bit of trial and error to find the perfect temperature. Also, note that the listed lock box is actually a keypad, so no need to search for a non-existent lock box, especially in the middle of a snowstorm – learn from my experience! The hosts were gracious, and the overall experience was fantastic. I'm already looking forward to booking this location again in the future. Highly recommended!

Perfect location for Stratton & Southern Vermont weekend getaway

First, the hosts were brilliant. Great communication, great instructions for access, very helpful. Second, the property is in a great location, less than a 10 minute drive from the base of Stratton. Third, the property worked really well for our family (3 teenagers on the pullouts, 2 adults in the "nook" bedroom). Although the downstairs dining area was small (3 chairs around a table, and not really space for more) it worked just fine for us. We were only having breakfasts there and the fridge, microwave, convection oven, and induction burners did everything we needed for eggs, pastries, coffee (bring your own K-cups!), tea, toast. Upstairs was *more* spacious that I was expecting. The mini-split AC/heater units kept us cozy and warm. I'm sure in the summer they'd be more than adequate on hot days. And the price was excellent, so I'd definitely stay there again.

Rust in water

The space was okay, but it was difficult to cook, no coffee pot so you must bring keurig cups, and there was rust in the water. The toilet looked very dirty orange, and the water tasted like rust out of the faucets. That was the most difficult thing.

As discussed when you were here, well over a month ago, there is no rust in the water. This entire area has a high iron content, that is all. We live next door full time and drink the water all day/every day. We also have the water tested bc of the fact that we have rental properties. Either way, we still offered to bring you a case of bottled water but all you wanted was a discount; which leads us to believe it wasn’t about the taste of the water at all. All cooking abilities/appliances are clearly stated in my rental description and you also DO have a regular coffee adapter for the Keurig so you do not have to only use K-cups.
