Chad, the host, was so accommodating! We have stayed here before and have returned because of him and the way he runs the VRBO. Loved the BLACKSTONE griddle to cook our steaks on
looking into buying one myself now! Chad was helpful with communication before we arrived, too! We will be back!

Great stay. Very clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable. My daughter slept on the pull out couch. She didn't complain about the bed at all. Though we didn't use it, there was a nice kitchen with a full size fridge, stove and oven, and a microwave. There was no dishwasher, but we just used a bowl and a few cups so no problem there. All in all, it was a great stay and we would totally book it again!

Excellent Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at The Bunkhouse in Fairview! Close to everything! Very comfortable for a small group. Even had a dvd player and some movies. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Everything was clean and easy to check in. Hosts were nearby if needed. We enjoyed meeting them! Thank you for the nice stay!

This property was so cute and the hosts really put a lot of thought and consideration into amenities. It is very quiet and I felt very safe, as a woman by myself. The host was friendly and the town is so cute!

Excellent Rental!

Our stay was great at the bunkhouse! We were in the area for hunting and the hosts were very accommodating with our changing plans. It was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. The dog was a great bonus!

Great location, perfect size

I rented the bunkhouse for my two adult sons for a weekend. The location was great, the check in was seamless, and communication with the owner was easy. There aren’t many rental options in town, so we really appreciated the convenience and will be back!

Fantastic Hosts under Pressure

This place was so perfect for a family of four. It was modern but rustic with new finishes and bedding. I really appreciated the extra amenities they left for us in the bathroom like lotion hair things feminine products and Q-tips. The hosts had to rush to get the site prepped for us and they did such a great job. Their communication was fantastic and I really appreciate their commitment to making it a great stay. Best hosts ever.

A little about us

We’re Chad and Cat Wray and we have always loved Sanpete County. Chad grew up in Bountiful, UT and would come here to go hunting with his Dad and uncles.
I grew up in Georgia and would drive across the country every year to visit my grandparents that lived here.
A few years ago it dawned on us that it was time to realize our dream of living in a small town. We sold our home in American Fork and moved here. We have had no regrets! Our boys love hopping on their dirtbikes and hitting the hills within minutes. The small time charm that Fairview offers is second to none. We feel extremely lucky to be here and would love to share what we know with you. And vice versa!
