Summary:
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Snuggle up by the fireplace and enjoy your company, or go for a short walk to multiple different restaurants close by. Just two blocks from Wasatch Academy, and a short drive to the beautiful mountains. We live upstairs, and are happy to help you with anything you need to make your stay comfortable, but will also give you the privacy you want. Private parking (4 spots) and entrance. Fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and laundry.

We have 4 parking spots available. We are basically dead center of Mount Pleasant so it's easy to get to place to place, and you can even walk to most everything.

The apartment looks exactly like it does on the site, it is cute, clean and has all the amenities you need. The host, Shelby, is responsive to any questions. Don't hesitate on this find.

This cozy basement apartment was perfect for our stay! It was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed — the kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and dishes, parking was plentiful, and the space offered plenty of peace and privacy. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again. Highly recommend!

We came for climbing in Maple canyon. Great location. We didn't use the kitchen much but it looked like everything worked and was clean. The shower had plenty of hot water and was nice. The beds were very comfy. Probably not great for young kids. The bunk bed top mattress was too thick so the person on the top bunk could roll right off. We had to put it on the floor so the kid could sleep safely. My kids go to bed very early (8:30) and you can hear the people upstairs through the floor until 11:30. Kids said it was hard to sleep but it didn't bother us.

Host Shelby was extremely attentive, reaching out often with helpful information and remaining accessible for any questions. The apartment was very clean and beautifully furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable—a nice bonus. The location was ideal for my business needs and close to restaurants. I would definitely stay there again .

This is the cutest little basement apartment! If we pass through Mt Pleasant again, we’ll definitely stay there. It was clean and comfortable and decorated so well. Shelby even put out a hand-written welcome note with a bowl of snacks (which my 12-yr-old devoured haha)! Instructions to get in were clear and easy. Great place!

All was nice

Everything was great. The only things is that it is only a one bedroom. It would have been nice to know that the bunkbed room is actually the walk in closet and to get there you have to walk through the bedroom to get there. And a sign stating that the hot water is extremely hot so be careful. Other than these 2 small things this place was wonderful. A real 5 star.

Like home but better!

Loved staying here, the host goes above and BEYOND in making you feel like family. Comfortable bed, everything you need for a comfortable night stay. So happy we found this little piece of heaven in the middle of Utah.

Cute place with a comfy bed and pillows. Well cared for. Loved the fan in the bedroom because we like it cool when we sleep. The only negative is that it was super hard to see the house number and walkway to the entrance in the dark. Bigger numbers that have a light on them and some solar walkway lights would be a SUPER easy fix to this problem. Would also suggest a sign on the entry door to “Watch your step in the stairs”. Very minor things that would make a big difference. Great place overall though.

Super spacious, cute, and clean

This was the cutest place we could have found in all of Mount Pleasant. It was spacious, very tastefully decorated, and had all the things we could have needed for the weekend. Shelby was so nice, very responsive, and gave us a fantastic recommendation for things to do. Highly recommend her home if you need a place in the area. (Coffee Depot about a mile south has really good coffee and opens at 7am!!) ;)
