The private pool and hot tub is fenced to keep your mind at ease for any non-swimmers in the group, while still boasting plenty of lounging space. The pool is surrounded by trees for serenity, relaxation and privacy. Warm up in the hot tub, golf on the putting green, play ping pong, cook a meal in the fully stocked kitchen, grill on the patio or walk to dinner at local spots like Pappasitos, Dog Co Icehouse, and others. Only 9 minutes from six flags and 12 from the airport! The pool is not heated.

The space
Additional stand out features include fantastic location, covered deck w/ TV, charcoal grill, plenty of outdoor seating, French doors from master and two separate kitchen spaces. The 5th bedroom is a Mother-In Law unit which is completely quiet from the commotion of rest of the house while still being part of the fun. It is truly the perfect layout to accommodate a group of friends or a large family.

This house has 5 Separate bedrooms each with a double bed or larger.
