Guests in this condo enjoy access to the beautiful lagoon pool located directly in front of this building, which is private to those staying in Eleven by Cosmo. Also available to guests is a communal charcoal grill area and fitness facility, both exclusive to this building.

*NOTE: Eleven does not have access to the Cosmo Residences fitness facility and pools .

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS
• Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or money wire
• Digital contract & ID verification required to complete booking
• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance.
