The Space:

With over 1500 square feet, A Crystal Tide is a fantastic 4 bedroom, 2 bath home featuring unobstructed views of the beach. You will love the large deck with plenty of deck furniture to relax, enjoy the spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico, or entertain your guests with the sound of waves in the background.



Inside you will find a large family room with two bedrooms and a bath on either side. For your convenience, all bedrooms and the living area have Smart TVs and high speed internet. The kitchen has a large bar great for meal preparation, dining or playing games. Coffee lovers will appreciate having both drip coffee and a Keurig machine.



A Crystal Tide comfortably sleeps 12. Two of the bedrooms have king beds; bedroom three has 2 queen beds, and the fourth bedroom has two sets of twin bunks.



Beach access is made easy and private here, thanks to the close pedestrian/golf cart ramp. After your beach fun, enjoy the outdoor sand shower, charcoal BBQ grill, picnic table and fish cleaning station downstairs. This home is great for a family gathering!



Small dogs (under 35 pounds) allowed with additional fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

We did have to call the very first day about the AC not cooling, but a repair man was there within an hour and had it fixed in 10 minutes. The house was neat when we arrived, but I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the counters and floors. But overall we had a blast and we will be back next year!

A bit disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was not ready for us to move in upon arrival, even though we checked in during allotted time. When the cleaning workers arrived, her words to me were "have your gone in the house? Is it clean enough or do we have to go in to clean?" My response was "Yes, we have gone in; at first glance, it was picked up but the house smelled of stale cigarette smoke and needed freshening up." Workers went up and were back down within 20 minutes, telling us to be careful of the floor, that it was wet. When we entered, there were no wet floors nor had any area (bathroom, kitchen countertops, sinks, been sanitized. There was no fresh clean smell, only the stale smell of cigarettes. We have rented other cabins from you for many years and know the difference of clean and sanitized versus what we experienced with this cabin.
