This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo has a prime location just steps from the Kolea Beach Club and Anaehoomalu Bay.  Kolea 6D offers convenience and ease of access to a large 3 bedroom home. It is extremely special as it is merely steps away from the Kolea Beach Club, Pool and Spa and Anaehoomalu Bay. Also nearby within minutes by foot you will find shopping and dining at the Waikoloa Kings Shops and the Queens Marketplace. These open air shopping establishments also host local entertainment and holiday events great for a romantic evening or for the whole family!
The Great Room opens up large mahogany pocket lanai doors to the impeccably landscaped garden. Â The lanai has a built in Viking barbecue grill and mini refrigerator. Â The lanai is furnished with both an outdoor seating area as well as a table and chairs for outdoor dining.
Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. Â The master suite not only has ocean views, but has it's own private lanai door. Â The master bathroom leads to a spacious walk in closet. Â There are dual vanity sinks, a walk in shower and a deep soaking tub with a romantic window that can open up towards the king size bed in the master bedroom. Â As with the entire home, the African mahogany woodwork and classical travertine stone travel throughout to add elegance and distinction.
There are two guest suites. Â The guest suite with the twin beds has a private bath with a travertine walk in shower. Â The second suite has a king bed, a private lanai door, and a central bathroom with a tub/shower. Â All bedrooms have their own televisions.
The fully stocked kitchen is enhanced with a pendant lights over granite island.  Built in stainless steel appliances include a KitchenAid side by side refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove top and oven.  The dining table is situated closest to the glass lanai doors, and bar stools provide additional seating for a more casual dining atmosphere.
The great room has a large television with a chaise sofa and arm chairs. Â The lanai pocket doors can be nicely tucked into the wall to reveal an open and seamless transition to the tropical island breeze.
The laundry room is equipped with a full size washer, full size dryer and sink. Â Wireless internet, local phone service and central air conditioning are included.
Kolea guests enjoy the use of the Kolea Beach Club which has a pool, spa, exercise hale and keiki pond complete with a waterfall and sandy bottom. Kolea is the only resort in Waikoloa which has direct beach access to grand Anaehoâomalu Bay. A short walk to this sandy beach and you will find activities such as snorkeling, glass bottom boat tours, paddle boarding and whale watch cruises.
The Waikoloa Beach Marriott is immediately south of Kolea and the Hilton Waikoloa Village is north of Kolea. Both hotels offer dining, spa treatments or luaus. The Hilton is also home to Dolphin Quest.
Recent construction on the previously vacant grassy lot has resulted in loss of our beautiful ocean view from the condo. However we remain conveniently located just steps away from the building to enjoy the pool and beach.
