Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in front of  the garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Yes onsite at Halii Kai
Hot Tub: Yes onsite at Halii Kai
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.

Halii Kai 15H is located in Building 15 at Halii Kai.  Ground floor with 3 bedrooms.  Stunning ocean front setting. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

Halii Kai is a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from Halii Kai.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

The room's location was great, with a nice view of the ocean. The upstairs room had a problem, causing them to wash their floor late at night and into the next morning. There was water flooding their lanai and onto our patio on both days.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

We had a wonderful time. This is a perfect location to access the many things to do on the island. And staying at the complex pool for the day was so easy and lovely. Very nice to have food and bar accommodations at the complex pool. We would definitely come back!

Three generations "Girls Getaway"

The home and it's location were perfect for our getaway. We also were treated with whales breaching while enjoying lunch on the lanai! We will definitely try to rebook if/when we return to the Big Island. Mahalo!

We had a wonderful view of the ocean! Beds are extremely comfortable. The clubhouse had a wonderful pool, workout space and Restaurant. However, the condo needs more coffee cups and a cookie sheet though.

Lovely oceanfront condo in quiet resort setting

This spacious, well-appointed condo was a wonderful home base for our Big Island visit. We enjoyed the resort pool, work out facilities and dining options when we were back at the condo. The views from the back patio were wonderful and we spent considerable time there. Kitchen is very well-stocked for cooking in. Would definitely return.

Great Location

Beautiful view from a spacious lanai for a condo. Good floor plan for couples and family. Close to Ocean Club pool and restaurant which has decent food, drinks, and prices. Appreciate BBQ and beach gear.

Paradise for 1st visit 😉

Location beautiful, gated area. Offers amazing views. Kitchen, dining, bedroom, and bath were as pictured. Privacy on corner lot location. Walking short to ocean pool area and restaurant. Amazing views there. Golf course looks spectacular...husband and daughter played 18. Great course. Will return with all of family soon..

Beautiful Ocean View

We had a wonderful stay at Halii Kai. Our condo was comfortable with a well stocked kitchen (additional silverware would be helpful), plenty of towels, board games, beach toys, tennis racquets, snorkel gear and more. The view of the ocean was beautiful from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Our adult children were able to snorkel right in front of our condo. We enjoyed the pool, restaurant, gym and pickleball court. We were able to watch sunrise by taking a short walk up fisherman’s trail and sunset from the lanai. Sunset was especially beautiful from the pool. Fisherman’s trail is also in front of the condo and throughout our stay we walked from A-Bay to Mauna Lani- the views are breathtaking. We’ve been to Hawaii many times and it never disappoints.

Binoculars please ! And a new mattress

Stayed with my parents who had the main bedroom with the ocean view. My partner and I slept in the second bedroom with a queen bed . The room was so small there was no room for a dresser. I could’ve forgiven that if the mattress was comfortable, but it was old and loud and bowed in the middle, definitely in need of replacing. Otherwise, the location was amazing. You can see whales spouting on the ocean from your condo. However it was a real disappointment that there were no binoculars in the house. It also lacked any guidebook or helpful binder of nearby places to eat. Location is beautiful place has what you need but lack some basic amenities and needs updating.

Amazing and Special Place!!

I can’t say enough good words about this property!!! Location was SO quiet. The unbelievable ocean view is better than advertised. We, in fact, spent every single morning sipping coffee and watching whales! We repeated that with wine and dinner in the afternoons and evenings as well - just fantastic!!! There is everything needed to cook if so inclined. We did, and found it easy. We enjoyed the pool as well, but get there early as the chairs go fast! Only issue - the tile floors needed a good scrubbing. Thanks for hosting us we will definitely love to stay here again!!!

Happy little surprise

My family was pleasantly surprised by the amount of ample space and beautiful ocean front view. Kitchen is well appointed and as described. Make sure to bring shampoo and conditioner if you're planning to stay longer than a day. We'll definitely be back!

Nice and clean. No beach access. The grounds are beautiful and the food at the pool restaurant is great. The bed frames in the guest rooms are noisy and need repair or replacement. The shower faucet leaking at the bottom when switched to shower head

Vey well appointed unit and excellent location, and beautiful sunsets.

Enjoyed almost 2 weeks at this location. Again, very well appointed unit, excellent location, everything was clean, enjoyed many a beautiful sunsets eating on the lanai. Provided initial startup supplies which was much appreciated before could get to the stores. Fridge had an ice maker, which was very appreciated as we hiked allot and took water bottles with ice everywhere. Pool restaurant provided great service and excellent food. Close to walking trails, shops, groceries, restaurants, beaches, golf, etc.. Only recommendations would be that the carpet needs a good cleaning or replacing and a proper cleaning tool for the BBQ. BBQ'd often and tried as best could to clean BBQ grills after use, but it was not a brush. I wish I could have cleaned it better. Would definitely book another stay in the future. Love the Big Island.

We are never disappointed. Love the condo,the pool and bar area. We feel like we are coming home when we get there! Check in is easy and management is always ready to help with anything that comes up. Highly recommend, just not when we want it :]
