Good location to enable visits both north and south. The neighborhood was clean and houses seem to be well taken care of. Many amenities in the household, toiletries and cleaning products. However, this property is in need of a good cleaning, updates and repairs. Missing and broken shutters. Window shades that don’t work. Broken cabinets, pool skimmer, beach umbrella, etc. Birds nesting in the rafters. Hair in the tub drain and gathered under the bathroom door. Fortunately, there was a new shower curtain installed. Many of the electrical switches were a mystery as to what they controlled. Finally the gas grill was in such bad shape we were not able to use it.

Great location and excellent host!

Communication with the host was fantastic. House was just as described and the property was clean and all in working order. The pool was fantastic and the patio with a fire pit was a nice surprise, even though I did not get to use since it was the summer in Florida. Rooms were very spacious in beds comfortable and the location was excellent to get around the area. Would stay again.

The full process was very easy, the owner gave us all information needed, the property was ready, everything was clean and organized, the pool area and the terrace is very comfortable to have good time, We enjoyed the stance, and recommend to others.

This house had everything we needed. Lots of extras like beach towels, toiletries, and board games. The pool was great and located in a safe neighborhood. Lovely decor and comfortable beds. Highly recommend

Great Spring Break Home Base

The house had plenty of space and has been nicely remodeled inside. It was exactly what we needed as a home base for our spring break vacation. We would stay here again.

The house is super clean with an open floor plan and lots of little areas to sit and hang out, both inside and out. Great location, close to everything we needed. The quiet neighborhood is also a plus if you’re looking to relax and stay at home. Would definitely stay here again

Check in was easy, communication with Ralph was excellant. Rental house was very nice and the pool was a definate plus. The kids were in there most of the day. Our overall experience was excellant, would recommend to anyone. There was even a regular coffee pot, blender anything that you would need.
